This youth hostel is in poor conditions. It needs a revamp. Toilets and showers are dirty. The only good is the central location

The location is quite good, just cross the street and you're in Hyde Park, 2 tube stations are within 5 min walk. When we arrived, they couldn't find our booking and wanted to send us to another hostel, but when we insisted, they upgraded us from a 16 to a 6 shared dorm for the same price. Bath and toilet were not very clean, but just acceptable. Rooms and beds are nice and comfortable

Our stay in London was great. We enjoyed our freshly made beds but were disapointed by the state of the bathrooms and toilets. We were also disturbed because the people sharing the dormitory weren't respectful

It was perfect trip to London, you must knowthat hostel is a hostel not hotel. Friendly staff, you need pans and pots. Perfect position. A lot of friendly people who live there. Good place. Near to everything

Everything looks very old and not in good condition, but the bathroom is OK. Consider the price is not very expensive and close to the transportation, I give it a rating of two

Satisfied with stuff, but unsatisfied with the showers (dirty, unhygienic). Otherwise - good bus connection, cheap. Would go there again

Some sketchy windows that open way too far after I've been drinking all day. Don't want to be falling out of those. Nice size room, clean, could do with some help getting out of the place. Sweet location!

Great location, staff friendly, accommodation was basic but comfortable.

The quality is pretty low, no breakfast, no free internet. But it's in central London so it's ok, and I don't think you can find better things for this quality/price.

Probably the worst hostel we stayed at during our trip to Europe. No-one was social, the kitchen had no cookware, and the TV was only in Italian. Oh and the bathrooms were disgusting.

The rooms were a good size for 6-8 people in dorms. The toilets and showers could do with a really good clean as there was mould over the shower curtains. Also I wasn't sure why there was a wash basin in the rooms but not one in any of the toilets or shower rooms and no toilet roll anywhere. If you are going to stay here bring your own with you. I never went into the kitchen but from what I was told it was adequate. One night or two would be ok. Anything longer than that I suggest looking elsewhere.

Started badly when the hostel couldn't find my booking but they fitted me in anyway. Staff helpful, bedding clean, hostel was about what you could expect for the price, e.g. very basic. Didn't see any lockers. Near Bayswater tube and shops + restaurants.
