There is not enough water in our private bathroom to shower 2 people!

Good breakfast, though no fruit. Nice welcome to the hotel room, but my particular room at Holly House Hotel was a noisy.

Well what can I say... the room was ok for its purpose, and the bedding was clean, but the walls were so thin, you could hear everything magnified, the bathroom was only big enough and worthy of cleaning a small dog. The staff member on duty looked as though he didn't care, I think I could have been on fire and still no emotion would have passed his face. And now for breakfast, I don't think I would have survived if it wasn't for the nearby mall supplying relatively cheap all you can eat breakfasts. The hotels breakfasts consisted of cheap grade bread, lightly toasted with a selection of jams, the coffee, a lovely own brand, instant coffee was tasteless even with sugar. Safe to say I won't be staying again, maybe Victoria underground station has something better to offer

Very very basic place. Location is the one thing this place has going for it, only stay as a last resort if can't find anywhere else!! The bathroom facilities were some of the worse i've seen as shared! This place is in need of some serious refurbishment....

I booked on the same day as the stay - a very quick and convenient phone call. Seriously cheap for a room next to Victoria (£29), and it seemed clean enough. 'Next to Victoria' in the sense of opening the window and seeing a platform below. Very urban chic! The room was the size of a postage stamp, but I quite like that. We all need to downsize for a post carbon world. I had to leave before breakfast was served so can't comment on that. The whole place needs a good refurb, but then the rooms won't be so cheap

Very bad service. I booked in Holly House Hotel but they gave me a cubicle 2*2*1.5 meter dimensions in Alexander House. I found the tea kettle rusty!

Very central located! Walking distance of Victoria Station! Good room, clean sheets, very tiny bathroom! Breakfast sober but okay!

Mostly as expected but as I am sure you know (judging by the many air fresheners in the hotel) you guys have a serious rot problem! My room was a bit of a health hazard and with my pre-existing respiratory condition I thank God I only stayed one night

The room was very small but clean, we had a private toilet and it was also clean but extremely small. Breakfast was okay and the location was great; in London for this price you cannot find anything better

Stayed at the Holly House Hotel for one night. For the price you could not expect any better, I have stayed in a youth hostel which cost more. Your own clean room with clean bedding. Only negative is close to the railway - ear plugs required if you have a room at the rear of the building. Plus side is very close to Victoria coach and railway stations

The room itself was okay, but the bathroom was too small, with a tiny sink and the bed was not very comfortable. The staff was not friendly and when I arrived in the breakfast room just five minutes before 10am I was told that it was too late and I did not eat

The hotel was a good budget stay. The rooms were neat and clean and a nice vegetarian continental breakfast was served. The stay served its purpose as the hotel is very near to all London attractions and very near to Victoria underground station. The staff were very co-operative. Also you can keep your luggage after check out and collect after you have finished visiting the local attractions on the last day

Very helpful staff. Bedding and towels fresh and clean. Toilet and shower room quite compact and smelt damp. Dusting could be better. Very convenient for Victoria coaches, trains and underground

I've been to London several times. Stayed in B&B hostels and so far, the worst and most unfriendly breakfast I've ever had was at Holly House. The breakfast room was in another building, so I had to get there from the street. The room has private bathroom, but the floor of the shower was the same as the toilet, a bit disgusting. Cheap hotels are about this, but cheaper hostels than this have better breakfast, smell and nicer people. The location was fine, so try to look at other hostels near Victoria station. I wont be back to Holly House Hotel

It was everything I needed. Centrally located, clean room, access late at night, and great value for money. Would stay again

Though room was clean, Holly House Hotel as whole would benefit from refurbishment. The toilet/wet room was not very pleasant due to drainage smells. I would use again though only if refurbished as location was excellent
