We enjoyed our stay at Holly House, Hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. Beds were clean with clean towels left out every day. Continental Breakfast was sufficient and there was no problem if more was required. We would be happy to stay there again if we were to return to London sometime in the future. Thank You very much for everything

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean
Room was very, very small but clean, perfectly functional and in an excellent location. Bathroom was absolutely tiny and essentially a cupboard with a toilet, sink and shower-head in it. Again, though, it was cleaned and everything worked fine. Staff were personable. Breakfast is cereal or toast, rather than a cooked breakfast. For the price Holly House Hotel London was absolutely fine and pretty good value but you certainly get what you pay for
Booked for location's convenience of walking distance to Victoria station. Room clean but very small. However it was adequate for a 1 night rest and the facilities were ok. Location above railway cutting may disturb some but this reflects the location
