It was really difficult to sleep there because of the noise of the trains. And I think you should rebuild your bathrooms.

Very satisfied with the hotel, we've been in a double ensuite room, even though it was very small, it was very clean and just enough to sleep. Stayed there for 8 nights, great location, breakfast was humble but ok, staff was very kind. Recommend it warmly, would stay there again

I would like to say that my stay in Holly House was good. The staff were kind and everything was fine except bathroom in our room. It was to small and smell really bad, is not hygienic. The hotel management should do something with the fire alarm out of the room is very noise, we have disturb sleep during the three days

A decent hotel for the price, if all you need is somewhere to sleep and wash every day. Clean towels every day, shower worked fine and gave hot/cold water on demand, beds were alright. For breakfast you get tea/coffee, toast, cereal and juice. The staff were fine. Problem is the location - trains run behind the hotel, and our room had a window facing the tracks, which meant we were woken several times every night. Also, the room's toilet had an odd smell, so I used the ones in the stairway. Other than that, it's cheap and does the job.

Room was very small, with rather primitive toilet and shower. Very little room for clothes and no storage for suitcases. A trainline ran right outside the window, which was noisy as trains ran all night. Room was very hot and difficult to cool as air-conditioner was pretty decrepit and just not up to the job. Our room was on the 2nd floor, there was no lift and we found the 30 stairs steep and a hard climb. On the plus side, the staff were polite, cheerful and helpful, there was a fridge in the room, and we had clean sheets every day. Breakfast was adequate if not exciting. The building is obviously old and probably hard to keep clean but was reasonable enough to stay in for a short spell. We didn't spend any more time in it than we had to. The location was quite good, 5 minutes from the tube station and bus station.
