My partner and I travelled from Belfast Airport to Gatwick and onto Victoria Rail station via Gatwick Express. Holly House Hotel London was literally only a few minutes from the station. The room was small but an adequate size for a couple on a long weekend break. Every thing was clean and fresh including the toilet. Hot water available all the time and a good shower. The room was cleaned and tided every day. We made good use of the small fridge-freezer. Breakfast was a choice of cereal with tea or coffee and toast. Milk was cold and butter soft - just as we like it. Plenty of juice too. Jams, marmalades and honey all available and refills for tea and coffee if desired. More toast offered as well. We had a great time in London - it's a marvellous city. We will be back - so much more to do. Holly House was just right for us, an affordable, comfortable, central base, and we would be happy to stay there again

Centrally located hotel, clean room, polite service and great value for money
Stayed here for a long weekend in May. London is an expensive city to stay in and booking this hotel with its price and after reading some the reviews, we thought we might of made a mistake. Arrived at the hotel to find it location excellent, the room was clean, the beds comfortable and the staff very helpful. We never made it down for breakfast as it was served from 7-9am. It was a continental breakfast and while I can't comment on what it was like, you can really go wrong with this. There were two toilet cubicles and 1 shower cublicle for about 10 rooms but again we never had to wait to use either. We like to get over to London maybe once a year and next time we visit, if there is availibity we will book Holly House Hotel London again
Handy for Victoria Station, spot on location, clean and tidy. Go for it
Room was really pleasant - sink and mirror in it. Bathroom and toilets were clean. Breakfast was really good and all the staff were really kind and welcoming. Windows don't stop the street sound from the rails - take earplugs - but not totally annoying
