Good value room for the price paid. Had everything I needed in the room. Unusual arrangements as booked into one b and b, was taken to another one, and breakfast in a third one. However, all was well. Would book Holly House Hotel London again as conveniently close to Victoria Station

Rooms and furniture are tired but clean, facilities in the rooms rather fine for the standard of hotel. Shared bathroom and toilet space very small, you can hardly have the shower with no wetting all your clothes if you try to put your pyjamas in the bathroom
