Premier West Reviews page 4
It was a good stay however there were no locks on the bathroom doors
Simple and clean with friendly staff and a decent breakfast
Very confortable hotel and rooms, very kind people, lots of things included plus a really good breakfast!
Excellent price for the location and it was exactly what we wanted. It was nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable and the room was bigger than expected. Kettle and teabags/instant coffee provided, as well as a fan heater (there was no radiator). Good breakfast buffet provided - fruit, cereal, toast, yoghurt, tea/coffee and a selection of juices. Only a couple of minutes from the tube, so though the place itself isn't central it's very easy to get into the city. Couldn't ask for more from this price in such a good location
We were impressed with the cleanliness of the place, sheets and towels. The tea making facilities were nice as was the warm heater that kept us cosy. Would definitely revisit on a future London trip. Definitely a bargain
No quilts on beds just blankets - asked for more but they were dirty. Bathroom flooded on first morning as there was a leak. TV did not work they tried to fix it but still didnt work right . The shower was not up on the wall so didnt work properly. No draw bottoom in one draw.
The staff were helpful and polite. They provided me with a heater when the heater in my room didn't work. It was a central location close to the tube but a little noisy at night with doors slamming and street noise. I was disappointed that neither the heating or television was fixed during my stay though. Overall the hotel was average and with some improvements, could be a great hotel.
Great hotel if you need to stay in Hammersmith without paying ridiculous prices. Very close to the tube, shops and restaurants. It's a very basic hotel but has everything you need for a cheap single nights stay.
We stayed in Premier West Hotel for a week with my girlfriend. We have a good time Pros: Location , 3minutes on foot to metro(tube) Hammersmith (Zone 2), all good shops and fast food restaurants near hotel, room was cleaned every day and towels were always fresh, the same with toilet in room, Wifi has not been at room because Wifi router was placed on the ground floor (we were at 2nd floor) but it was available with good speed and stability. There were 2 comfortable sofas for internet browsing. Breakfast was tasty and selection was quite good. We get 2 pieces of toast bread. We could take, butter, cheese, jams, yoghurts and cornflakes. Of course, for drink were available coffee, tea, milk, apple and orange juice. Cons: Bad sound isolations (thin walls,)double bed was quite narrow for 2 persons (140-150cm) and mattress was too squashy (pillows were OK), I missed meat(ham, sausage) for breakfast, dining hall was too small and sometimes we had to wait for free seat Conclusion: It was worth money which we spent for this accommodation. We were satisfied with hotel staff. I recommend this hotel
The room allocated to us was filthy and full of mould. It was depressingly sub-standard even for a budget hotel. Overall the hotel is badly in need of repairs and is no better than a backpackers' accommodation and hardly deserves the title hotel. Yes, it's cheap and handy to London's attractions, but it's also a place to be avoided.
