We stopped at this London hotel and had three rooms. All rooms were clean, tidy and ideal for a basic stay. We weren't expecting alot after reading the reviews on here but was quite surprised that the hotel wasn't half as bad as described by some. Granted it wasn't perfect but for basic, cheap and somewhere central to London to sleep then it's ideal. Yes it could do with a touch of paint and a few electrical repairs (none of the TV's worked) but the room was clean, tidy, shower, toilet, kettle, water all worked fine in all rooms, breakfast was basic but ok. There were 5 of us and we all said we would go back. If you're looking for luxury then avoid but if your looking for cheap, basic, clean London accommodation then book Premier West. I rated 3 out of 5 stars, hotel needs a full repaint for one star and tv working for another, then it would have been 5 stars

Everything at Premier West was nice and clean, just the room was a little bit noisy from outside

Mrs Morton enjoyed her stay at The Premier West Hotel Hammersmith as it was near to me. I was the one who booked it for her as she was over from Canada, she found the staff serving breakfast very nice

Premier West is well located, close to undergroud station. It takes about 30 minutes to get to city centre. The rooms are small but clean and new towels are provided every day. The hotel requires renovation however the price/quality is at the right level. A continental breakfast is included in the price of the room, although the variety of choice is limited it includes toasts, cheese, jams, fruits and hot and cold drinks

Pro's: Premier West is good value for money, good and friendly service all round from all staff, breakfast quite adequate for continental breakfast. Con's: room really hot (but was in middle of heatwave) and couldn't get tv to work on first night, forgot to ask to get it checked out but did not want to watch anything in particular

It was cheap but I was not so happy. the room was humid and the bathroom was smelly with the fan off. No telephone, no tv in the room. Linen clean but the rest of the room with dusty curtains.

My stay at Premier West was perfect! Staff very kind and helpful, the room was essential but very clean and quiet. Perfect position, the tube is just 2 mins walk and there is also a bus stop just in front of the hotel

Premier West is quite ok for a short stay. Very close to tube station, decent breakfast; It's quite cheap - this is its best value actually. Everybody reasonable knows that is not a Hilton
