The room looked bigger in the picture, the bed was broken and very uncomfortable but the people at Premier West were very pleasant

To be honest I was expecting the worst (because it was priced so cheaply!) but was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room I stayed in was spotless. A great plus was being so close to both stations at Hammersmith and not having to lug heavy bags great distances. The location made walks to town or the river a breeze too. And the continental breakfast was yummy, what a treat! Free too! The only downside was noise from the road and trains outside and a slightly grubby staircase - but then again life's too short to worry about staircases. I will be back, I told them this. My mum is arriving in the U.K shortly and we are looking forward to a few nights here. Thank you, this place is proof that budget London hotels can mean high quality! See you soon

Good location for us between Heathrow and Victoria bus station. Could have been a bit more welcoming on arrival but found us an available room early which we did appreciate. Room was basic but clean and perfectly adequate apart from TV which didn't have reception despite freeview box being on. Breakfast was far superior to any we have had in similar budget London accommodation. We had already booked to stay here on our return through London and are very happy to do so. Excellent value for money

Good location but that's about it! I slept fully clothed on top of the bed and feel this hotel definitely needs a refurb and a good clean!

I enjoyed my stay at Premier West and the staff was friendly. There was proper cleaning of rooms done and breakfast was also quite good. Overall it was a nice experience
