Other than a grumpy reception and a broken TV in my room, I enjoyed my stay.

We were two girls spending a sightseeing-weekend in London (3 nights). Premier West was a great place to stay! It is very close to Hammersmith Underground Station from where you can travel to all the interesting places in London in short time. We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel but it was clean and we felt comfortable. We had new towels every day. The only negative point I have to mention is the WiFi access. We had a connection but the signal in our room (2nd floor) was really bad, so video chatting was not possible. I stayed in Premier West before but only for one night in 1. floor and it wasn't a problem there. I would highly recommend this London hotel, we spend a lovely time even though we did not spend a lot of money

The walls in my room were dirty; the toilet seat was broken as were the lights. I felt the staff were rude too and didn't offer to help with my bags.

Stayed in basic room with en suite at Premier West, room was comfortable and clean. TV wouldn't tune but don't watch much so didn't complain. Staff were polite and Continental Breakfast was good

Room was nice but the shower ceiling was damp. I was not allowed a guest in my room either.

I liked Premier West. Very friendly staff, and clean rooms, with every needed furniture. The breakfest was good, with more things to choose from, like jams, cereal, cheese, etc. and also coffee, tea, juices. There is wifi, and is very close to the Hammersmith Tube Station. Shops and tube are 2 minutes walk away

Premier West is close to underground and nice staff. But the TV was not working and most furniture looked old and damaged

I really enjoyed my stay in Premier West Hotel, staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in the vicinity of Hammersmith Tube Station (3-minute-walk) and nice shops. The price was really reasonable and it included a spacious room with a private bathroom. Towels were changed every day. The hotel needs some refurbishment but on the other hand you can't expect luxury for such low price. If you don't want to spend much money but still want to have all the necessary facilities, Premier West is a good choice

Reception at Premier West: always ready to help on local info. Room: pleasant, clean and comfortable, nice bathroom although the shower tap not easy to control the hot/cold water. Breakfast: short of tables for everybody wanting to go out for tours in London
