Premier West was basic and although in need of a coat of paint it was clean and the staff were really helpful and kind. We wanted a bed and breakfast, somewhere to use as a base so didn't want to pay for lots of frills. Hotel was a short walk from hammersmith tube which was fab. Breakfast was great again no frills but plenty available with lovely staff. We will be booking Premier West again

The bathroom was not good, and the room was not really clean.

Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. Rooms were very shabby with peeling paintwork and although reasonably clean there was an unpleasant odour. Hotel was very warm with no air conditioning and little ventilation. Needs some upgrading. Reasonably priced if you are not too fussy.

For the price you pay for this London hotel you can't really complain, however if you are expecting comfort and quality I would avoid. Broken doors, bad smell, broken shower to name of few. However the hotel served its purpose for our party

Premier West is very well situated in a very accommodating sub town Hammersmith worth visiting. The hotel is simple and nice, with suitable rooms. Some minus points are no functional TVs, the open windows for a bit of air cool allow a 24 hours noise from trains and road traffic and the staircases have a smell. The staff was very kind especially the ladies preparing and serving the breakfast

The room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the hot water pot and coffee/tea set-up. Two problems were 1) there were no blankets in the room; and 2)one shower head was broken on the side with a panel preventing water from getting on the floor, so anyone taking a shower caused water to spill on the floor. Otherwise, a pleasant stay at Premier West

I've stayed in this London hotel for 5 nights and I can say that it was quite good experience. The location is very good, you have 4 underground lines in about 5 mins walk distance, the continental breakfast was not bad and the staff was really helpful

If all you need is a place to put your head, then bed is clean and comfortable. Dont expect anything else though. Showers cold, sink plugs dont work and cracks and bits of mould on walls. But cheap for London hotels. Saved money compared to big brand hotel close by and spent the difference on a good night out. On that basis I give it 5/5

Other than a grumpy reception and a broken TV in my room, I enjoyed my stay.
