Premier West Reviews page 3
I experienced an easy check in, friendly staff, comfortable bed and an affordable stay. Room was cold on arrival but used the heater which was great. Overall it wasn’t very clean, mould in the bedroom and bathroom, and mouldy shower curtain. Yes it is a 1* hotel, but at least make the room more welcoming. I wouldn't want that in my home, let alone somewhere I'm paying to stay. A great location though, but plenty of room for improvement.
A good hotel to sleep in. Underground few minutes walk to hotel. A Good bar just a few short meters from the hotel. Basic but good breakfast
Good a cheap London hotel. Very near the underground station
The location of Premier West is really good - very close to underground station for 3 lines. Room was not big but alright for 2 people for a weekend. Bathroom too was not big but the shower was really big so that was good. It was clean maybe a little worn down, but again for a weekend and for the price good. Breakfast was nice, tea or coffee and toast with cheese or jam. Also had fresh fruit! Cornflakes, milk and yoghurt were also available
While staff were friendly and helpful, the building and facilities were below the standard of a hotel. The bed had clean sheets but only one very light blanket (more like a light throw for a sofa) which had strains on it! Over all I would not stay there again and would not recommend it.
Basic room for what we needed. Breakfast was good and had nice clean towels. Shower was good but the whole room was very tired, bad finishing, terrible patching up work, no hooks to hang anything, toilet seat very old and bed linen minimal. Just needs some money spent to bring rooms to better standard and reception entrance area, hence the rating! Location brilliant for Hammersmith Apollo so Premier West did the trick thanks.
I had an amazing week with my family. We had 3 bed room with really nice service. Premier West is quite old and not everything looks like from magazine, but breakfast was truly nice. I am very sensitive for clean sheets and comfort of my room, but this room was surprisingly clean, spacious with TV. It was pleasure, to stay longer time with my mum and sister and I would recommend this London hotel for any other person in the future, because location to Hammersmith Station or any other travelling is really quick
Premier West needs some work to modernise. Great location to underground
I booked this London hotel for 1 double room for 1 night, last minute and stayed in room 107. I read some of the reviews after booking and was very hesitant abut staying as a lot of them were very negative. However, it was extremely close to Hammersmith Underground Station which was perfect for me. Upon arrival to the hotel it looked average but clean. The gentleman on the front desk was friendly and I checked in easily in a few minutes, he directed me to my room which I found easily. The room I stayed in was clean, fresh sheets and towels and it was tidy. The TV had a rubbish signal but I wasn't in the room long enough to care to watch it and I'm sure if you fiddled around with it, it'd work eventually. The wardrobe door was bait bust however again, I didn't use it. The sink area was clean with enough tea, coffee, sugar and milk available however the kettle cable didn't reach the plug so had to hold it whilst it was boiling (hazard but I'm still alive). The bathroom light was temporary and worked now and then, but there was plenty of toilet roll, soap and shower gel provided yet I bought my own. The decor/tiling work/wood work could do with being looked at as it was quite messy and unappealing but the shower worked fine and the temperature easily adjusted to suit my needs. Room has a mini electric heater which worked in seconds. The lock on the door needed a bit of a nudge which I let reception know the morning after. The only downside I would say is that on the bed is just a sheet and a blanket, no duvet. A continental breakfast is also provided in the morning however I didn't have time to experience that. Overall an average hotel in London, can't complain about the price, one of the cheapest hotels I could find throughout the whole of London that wasn't a hostel. If you can look past a few cracks and tired paintwork its a decent enough hotel for a few nights. I had a good night sleep, a good shower, good customer service
I stayed here for five nights in November with my mum. The hotel is basic but comfortable and the staff are really friendly. The underground is only a few minutes away giving you great access to London. This was my second time staying tat this London hotel and I have booked another stay in January
