Good London hotel. Spacious room and toilets, clean, value for money. Very near to tube station. Breakfast sufficient and normal foods available

Hotel clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and ideally situated to 2 railway stations with easy access to the Centre of London. Room we had needed a bit of modernising but overall a very nice stay

The en-suite is clean, bed made daily and towels changed. There is a TV in the room. Regular supply of Shampoo and Soap. The shower has good regulation of hot and cold water. Breakfast is good with a mixture of fruits, yogurt, juice, cereal and toast. They also serve coffee and tea. This is served downstairs in the breakfast hall, where there are clean tables. There may be a bit of a wait at reception for collecting your key after you have been out waiting for somebody to return to reception. The men are very nice who check you in, and, give you your key and hand them back in again. The radiator in my bedroom did not work and they supplied me a heater which I could switch on and off according to my needs. Good London hotel. I would go there again. It is well-situated for access to buses and Hammersmith train station which provides multiple routes into Central London and other areas of London. Also, Hammersmith itself has good restaurants, pubs, theatre, and retail shops and stores

Only stayed for one night but one thing that stood out for me was the friendliness and helpfulness of the nice polite man on checking in and on leaving. That is very important to me when staying at hotels. Did have a problem with the TV not working and a small leak from the room above which were both addressed very quickly but as I say only stayed the one night so not a problem. The bed linen was very clean. Tea and Coffee available in room and a great location for what we wanted to do. For what we payed and what we got, excellent value

What a tip. My room was smelling of dampness. TV was not working (it was very old of course). No bins in room, no lamps so had to put light of at door the find your way back to bed. Never even stayed for our breakfast.

Old and a bit worn out but clean and tidy. Good service and cleaning of room every day. Generally a good experience. Close to all communication

Best choice for the price. Premier West Hotel is not in a good state but I close both eyes when comparing the price

Great Price for location! Staff were friendly! Hotel is quite old and with a little TLC could really be a little gem. 2 minute walk to Hammersmith tube station, I would stay again!

On the plus side the staff were friendly. The sheets and towels were very clean. The continental breakfast was very good. On the negative side the television did not work and when we asked for a replacement we were told that it was a signal problem due to the weather, it was raining, and the surrounding tall buildings. I think in 2013 these issues could be overcome. At least 3 lights in the bedroom did not work. The shower was not attached to the wall so we had to sit in the bath with the attachment over our heads to wash our hair. Two out of three windows did not close as the catches were missing or broken. The stay was affordable but with so many issues that could so easily be rectified I was disappointed.
