We stayed in Premier West Hotel for a week with my girlfriend. We have a good time Pros: Location , 3minutes on foot to metro(tube) Hammersmith (Zone 2), all good shops and fast food restaurants near hotel, room was cleaned every day and towels were always fresh, the same with toilet in room, Wifi has not been at room because Wifi router was placed on the ground floor (we were at 2nd floor) but it was available with good speed and stability. There were 2 comfortable sofas for internet browsing. Breakfast was tasty and selection was quite good. We get 2 pieces of toast bread. We could take, butter, cheese, jams, yoghurts and cornflakes. Of course, for drink were available coffee, tea, milk, apple and orange juice. Cons: Bad sound isolations (thin walls,)double bed was quite narrow for 2 persons (140-150cm) and mattress was too squashy (pillows were OK), I missed meat(ham, sausage) for breakfast, dining hall was too small and sometimes we had to wait for free seat Conclusion: It was worth money which we spent for this accommodation. We were satisfied with hotel staff. I recommend this hotel

The room allocated to us was filthy and full of mould. It was depressingly sub-standard even for a budget hotel. Overall the hotel is badly in need of repairs and is no better than a backpackers' accommodation and hardly deserves the title hotel. Yes, it's cheap and handy to London's attractions, but it's also a place to be avoided.

The hotel smelled of bleach. Our room was so small we could not open WC door fully. WC featured lots of mould. No TV,

The room and the bathroom were clean and tidy and the staff was nice. I payed very little, but I had a great service. I definitely would return here.

Only needed the room for one night because I had an early flight out of Heathrow back to the States (was staying in Birmingham). the hotel looks old and unkempt from the outside (a little curb appeal would help). The lobby inside was dark and had a musty smell (air fresheners would help). My room was on the 2nd floor, which was good because there isn't a lift and the room was a big room compared to others that I have stated in during past visits to London. Bathroom was rather small, but again bigger than others in London and the towels were hard (fabric softener would help), but overall the room was clean, hotel convenient to the Hammersmith Tube line and shopping

The hotel is very run down but the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable, The hanging rail in the wardrobe was on a serious slant,we had to get someone up to put lightbulbs in that worked, the door was secured by a padlock and chain and the window could not be shut, on entering room we were greeted with a sign on the bathroom door saying do not use the shower, however the staff were polite and friendly. Never the less we will not book this hotel again.

I thought Premier West Hotel was great, before arriving my friend read reviews which scared us but I was pleasantly surprised. I went with a group of friend so saw 4 different rooms at the hotel. The room I stayed in was the better one of them all, was pretty clean, fresh bedding, shower worked fine and had tea and coffee in the room. 2 of my friends rooms weren't as nice, as the toilet didn't flush too great and the bed was older and uncomfortable. But still brilliant for what they paid and expected. The breakfast was very nice and basic staff were friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was right by local pubs and a Weatherspoons which was cheap for food and drink, right by shops too. and best of all a quick 1 min walk to the tube station. I would recommend this hotel in London, for what we paid it was fantastic

Where to start, I only stayed for one night and I'm glad that I didn't book to stay longer, I understand it was a cheap hotel in a prime location in London but even still the room was dirty, the bathroom door didn't close, the shower door didn't close.. My partner went to reception and asked why the room was in a bad state and their reply was "because of maintenance work being carried out on the hotel" we were given no appology or anything we were not told when checking in any thing about the maintance work or the lack of basics in the room. I will not be staying again
