Building and rooms very old and worn. However the beds and bathroom were clean, the water hot and heating good. Daily room cleaning and clean towels. Breakfast was included, this was very good and substantial, although nothing cooked or hot. Location of Premier West close to train station and to city sights

I experienced an easy check in, friendly staff, comfortable bed and an affordable stay. Room was cold on arrival but used the heater which was great. Overall it wasn’t very clean, mould in the bedroom and bathroom, and mouldy shower curtain. Yes it is a 1* hotel, but at least make the room more welcoming. I wouldn't want that in my home, let alone somewhere I'm paying to stay. A great location though, but plenty of room for improvement.

A good hotel to sleep in. Underground few minutes walk to hotel. A Good bar just a few short meters from the hotel. Basic but good breakfast

The location of Premier West is really good - very close to underground station for 3 lines. Room was not big but alright for 2 people for a weekend. Bathroom too was not big but the shower was really big so that was good. It was clean maybe a little worn down, but again for a weekend and for the price good. Breakfast was nice, tea or coffee and toast with cheese or jam. Also had fresh fruit! Cornflakes, milk and yoghurt were also available

While staff were friendly and helpful, the building and facilities were below the standard of a hotel. The bed had clean sheets but only one very light blanket (more like a light throw for a sofa) which had strains on it! Over all I would not stay there again and would not recommend it.

Basic room for what we needed. Breakfast was good and had nice clean towels. Shower was good but the whole room was very tired, bad finishing, terrible patching up work, no hooks to hang anything, toilet seat very old and bed linen minimal. Just needs some money spent to bring rooms to better standard and reception entrance area, hence the rating! Location brilliant for Hammersmith Apollo so Premier West did the trick thanks.

I had an amazing week with my family. We had 3 bed room with really nice service. Premier West is quite old and not everything looks like from magazine, but breakfast was truly nice. I am very sensitive for clean sheets and comfort of my room, but this room was surprisingly clean, spacious with TV. It was pleasure, to stay longer time with my mum and sister and I would recommend this London hotel for any other person in the future, because location to Hammersmith Station or any other travelling is really quick
