Staff at Normandie Hotel London very pleasant and helpful. Some of the things in the room didn't work, though, including half the light bulbs; the shower extractor; the knob that controls the shower temperature (almost scalding). Would have been nice to have had a shower mat and tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast nice

Firstly, Normandie Hotel London is in an ideal spot for the train station and visiting London. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was first class. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. On the whole I would book Normandie Hotel London again, it is value for money

Comfortable room, with a really good strong shower. Tasty breakfast and for the money, a very good stay. Would definitely book Normandie Hotel London again in the future

Nice clean London hotel, close to tube station

Staff were lovely and friendly and super helpful. Room on the other hand had damp, bed was uncomfortable, food was mediocre.
