Overall, my stay at Normandie Hotel London was alright. The breakfast, however, could have offered more variety. The staff were courteous and helpful at all times

During our stay, we found this hotel to be run-down and depressing. There was also no hot water.

I would not stay in this hotel again. I asked for spare pillows and they said they had none, there is also no lift to get to 3rd floor. The shower was boiling hot and could not be cooled down. It all needs up dating.

Normandie Hotel London was great for the money. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, great location

The location was excellent but the room requires maintenance. The drains need clearing as prone to block. The breakfast was adequate but overall, the standard was poor.

The room was small but clean and comfortable, and we found the staff friendly and helpful. In all our 2 week stay was pleasant and we would not hesitate to make this our hotel of choice for future visits. Would recommend Normandie Hotel London to anyone looking for reasonably priced accommodation

Enjoyed my stay at The Normandie Hotel London, me and a friend stayed for two nights while down for a concert and I would definitley go back next time. The twin room we had although a tad small was clean and tidy and the bathroom spotless, the breakfast was nice also and price for our stay was very reasonable. Also very close to Paddington Tube Station so anywhere in London is not far away

Normandie Hotel London is close to attractions, nice clean room. Good breakfast. Only fault no kettle and cups

Location good; Room OK, needed to be vacuumed. Bathroom was tiny, knees under sink when on toilet. Not up to the standard we expected based on our room and visit.
