Normandie Hotel London was clean and tidy. Staff realy helpful

The Normandie hotel was useful for what I needed to do but the room appeared to need some attention. The bathroom door/handle was the wrong way round as well as the door frame had rot at bottom, the shower had drainage problem and there was a faulty socket in the room. Overall I honestly was not expecting much from a London bed and breakfast in Paddington at this low price, it would have been nice to be surprised but the location was suitable for what I needed to do in London.

Normandie Hotel London is in a good location, nice room with single and double bed, bathroom en-suite and terrace above the main entrance, friendly staff

I was disappointed with the twin room it was very small also it was on the lower ground, on the good side the staff were very helpful and courteous at all times the breakfast was very good. The breakfast room clean and tidy and bright, also very handy to Paddington Station

Nice hotel in London, wonderful kind and friendly staff, good food. Rooms small but adequate. Mattresses a little lumpy, but still able to rest. Good access to Paddington Station, various places to eat in the area. We'd book Normandie Hotel London again
