I was put in a back room on the ground floor. The window was left open by cleaning staff and even though I closed it the room stayed very cold. I don't think the radiator worked very well. I was cold all night, even with an extra blanket. Have stayed here before and not had this problem in other rooms. The rooms are very small but clean

Staff was friendly, breakfast was impressive. Hotel convenience was nice--tv, bathroom, coffee pot, fresh towels daily. Location was great - one block from St. Pancras station. Room itself was tight and some of the cleaning had been neglected, but overall, a good hostel b&b experience

This hotel is very excellent. The hotel is located in a very excellent location, close to the exit of tube station and Kings Cross Railway Station. There are many things to eat nearby. Staff are very helpful!

Wouldn't hesitate to return. Everywhere nice and clean. Good location. Nice breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice room but be prepared for small (shouldn't expect anything else for the money)
