We've used this hotel several times, and never had any problems. Sure, the rooms are small, but we never plan on spending much time in a hotel room when visiting London anyway. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and you get a cooked breakfast thrown in too. And only a minute or so to walk from Kings Cross station.
