Clean room, good location. Although the room was clean there was no hot water in the morning

The Arriva Hotel is well located and opened 24/24h. The breakfast is good. We had a little issue with the heating the first night and the windows are not very thick but this hotel is good. The bathroom is very good too, the cleaning is done every day. If I come to London I'd choose this one again

This hotel is in a very good location and was very clean. Don't expect the Ritz, it is very basic, but, like I said is very clean. The staff were always helpful and easy to deal with. Breakfast again is basic generally toast and jam with a cup of tea and a variety of cereals to have a go at. If you're no snob and are just going to sleep for maybe 2-3 nights and are out all day, I recommend you try this hotel, you won't be disappointed

Hotel was very close to Kings Cross station. Had clean, comfortable rooms and good facilities. The only problem was that it was a little too hot in the room and the window wouldn't open properly! Other than this, perfect - would use this hotel again!

Everything was basic, but for a 2 star hotel in the centre of London with a perfect location what more could you expect? The rooms were clean, tidy and fully equipped, the receptionist staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast was adequate enough and filling. The only comment is that the rooms become quite hot at night time. I would definitely stay here again in the future

For the price the Arriva was good. Cheap and cheerful! Room was clean and an ideal size for the two of us to enjoy. Advice to be up early if you want a warm shower as we had to experience a cold shower on both mornings when up just after 9

Our room was very noisy, on the front, traffic and right next to the reception. The central heating couldn't be turned down, so also very hot. The people were nice and breakfast ok. The rooms clean

I can honestly say I had a pretty terrible nights sleep as the radiators were kept on full blast throughout the night. I lodged a complaint but nothing was done about it

Friendly staff, good situation for sightseeing (close proximity to underground at King's Cross) Small room but clean and comfortable. Perfect for a short stay (if you don't spend too much time in the room). The breakfast is only decent: choice is limited and products are poor quality

Not bad staff, nice and helpful rooms clean, curtains torn and broken, very warm. Would recommend to others for an overnight stay at the price, I don't like continental breakfasts but yours was good

On arrival staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and presentable. Staff arranged taxi's without any problems. Stayed in the Holiday Inn the night before - the Arriva was much cleaner and friendlier

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a cheap break in London. For the price we paid we never expected much. Good things.. good location with shops, restaurants and take aways near by, always had hot water for showers. The heating was on all night and room never cold, we were allowed to use cutlery from the kitchen when we brought food back to the room, bed was comfy and tv had clear reception, tea in your room, shampoo and soap provided and pretty clean. We also had a hair dryer. Bad points, on our last day breakfast was crowded, no remote for tv, a tile was coming off the wall in the shower (not as bad as it sounds though) and the table under the mirror in our room was broken. There is very little decoration in the rooms and our main light was very dull. Fortunately the lights beside our bed were really bright. On the whole we enjoyed our stay and were happy to stay in the place. A lot of reviews claim the rooms are tiny but how much space do you really need? We had an en suite, a double bed and wardrobe and could easily get our bags through the door and had enough space to walk around the room comfortably. I would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap break away

Very useful position, my room was a bit too small but my friend's one was really better, clean enough and good breakfast, the staff is really friendly. Would come again
