Nice greeting and helpful staff, room ok but smelt damp. Really nice continental breakfast

Thought the hotel was in a great location. It was quiet and had a 24 hour reception service, so you could come and go whenever you liked. It was only a 10 min walk from Kings Cross which was great. I found the hotel room clean had although it was basic had everything you needed, including a hairdryer and fresh towels daily. The breakfast was as you would expect for a continental breakfast but found the all round service and cleanliness of the hotel excellent value for money. I took a couple of business cards and have already recommended this hotel to one of my friends who visits often. Will definately stay here again

Flying back to UK we just wanted a low cost B & B in London near to Kings Cross Station before catching our train connection the following morning. The Arriva Hotel was fine for our needs. The double room was quite small, but very clean and tidy with what appeared to be a newly furnished bathroom. Continental breakfast served 7.30 to 9.30. Just up the road from Kings Cross station

I really liked the hotel! Cannot complain on anything at all. Very clean, good service and perfect location (3 minutes walking from the subway). Thank you!

Was generally fine. I was impressed to find a Holy Bible in the room. I think that is a great idea. Breakfast was too simple. Tea/coffee with bread. Items like eggs, sausages, baked beans, etc. could be added

Very happy with the hotel, friendly and helpful staff, and clean and tidy room

The room was clean and comfortable. We had to ask for an extra pillow and a bulb for a light but the receptionist was very obliging. The breakfast was served immediately which was helpful as we had an appointment. I would definitely use this place again

Good location, very very basic rooms badly in need of decoration, bathroom okay. Breakfast very basic, restaurant shabby, friendly staff. Probably would not stay there again

Arriva Hotel offered basic, but clean and comfortable, accommodation. With an adequate breakfast included this is a good value for money London bed and breakfast

This hotel is ideally located for Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. It was clean and secure. The hotel was basic but it delivered on all promises. If I am in Central London again for a night or 2 I would use the Hotel again although I would say that if you are going to be around for longer than a few days you may want to have a little more room in a bigger hotel. The hotel served the purpose that I needed it for

One night stay was at the hotel was terrible and it was worst place to stay. On the website it mentioned that there is air con and big room but there were no air con, no basic provisions were there. I paid 80 pounds to stay in servant quarters even worse I think

The Arriva is a really good hotel, the room was lovely, clean & breakfast was okay, not ideal for nightlife but still easy to get to anywhere in London as it is two minutes walk from Kings Cross

Room was quite small and there were stains on the curtains, it didn't bother me that much though. Staff were friendly, cleaners were good, would stay there again without a problem.

No complaints. We needed a clean bed and bathroom for 2 days in London and that's exactly what we got. Breakfast was ok. nothing fancy, but again exactly what we had expected for the price we paid. If I need a place 2 crash again in London, less than 5 minutes walk from King's Cross then I will book here again.

This was a reasonably priced hotel for so close to St. Pancras Station. The rooms were clean, and staff friendly. On the down side, the shower was lukewarm and sink drain did not empty properly. The electrics arrangement meant you couldn't have the TV on and boil the kettle at the same time! Also there was no choice of decaffeinated tea or coffee and we were told the breakfast would be English (though it was continental - so who was right?) anyway my sister missed out on her egg and bacon! We would probably return here and hope they've sorted the plumbing and the electrics

Good service and clean room - apart from a bath towel which was stained and holey. Was quickly replaced by receptionist though.

The rooms were small and basic but clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant. But the shower was freezing! We had to take cold showers on both days of our stay. The reason given was that too many people wanted to take showers at the same time.

Basic hotel available at a great price, clean, comfortable rooms with en-suite and all other essential facilities. Unsecure luggage facility, couldn't check into our room even though I had called ahead to arrange an early check in. Wasn't allowed to take key out of the hotel, which could cause some trouble but reception was manned 24 hours. Staff a little unwelcoming and rude.
