My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights B and B, after a minor problem with our room, we were immediately moved and upgraded. We have booked to stay again next month, the gentleman who dealt with us was very friendly and accommodating, thank you

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and had all amenities and a great hot shower! I'd say very good value for money

Was pleasantly surprised at the quality considering it's a budget hotel. Staff were always friendly and polite. Room was basic but clean and well presented. Bathroom was small but the standard was on par with other more expensive hotels I've stayed in. Breakfast was basic continental but more than adequate. Perfect for a cheap place to stay in a good location... only downside was the walls were a little thin but nothing a pair of ear plugs couldn't fix... other than that it gets the thumbs up from me!

Reception staff very helpful and pleasant. Room was basic but clean. En suite very impressed. Breakfast was lovely and service good. No heating in room as radiator not working. Traffic noisy due to single glazed window. Probably stay again but in warmer weather

Arrived at Arriva for a two night stay on 27th November 2009. On arrival the staff were very helpful and were throughout my stay. The room was very basic, but also very clean, so not disappointed. The breakfast was sufficient and gave me something to eat before I got off on my adventures around London. So all in all a good cheap place to stay in the Centre of London

Good location in relation to the station. The room was cold. It withdrew from the window and no heat on the radiator. Worn but clean

The Arriva Hotel is a good choice for the price. The room was small but clean. There was even a fridge. The breakfast was O.K. I love the fact that the breakfast room was small: it gives you the possibility to share your table with other guests and to have a chat with them.

Thought the hotel was in a great location. It was quiet and had a 24 hour reception service, so you could come and go whenever you liked. It was only a 10 min walk from Kings Cross which was great. I found the hotel room clean had although it was basic had everything you needed, including a hairdryer and fresh towels daily. The breakfast was as you would expect for a continental breakfast but found the all round service and cleanliness of the hotel excellent value for money. I took a couple of business cards and have already recommended this hotel to one of my friends who visits often. Will definately stay here again

Flying back to UK we just wanted a low cost B & B in London near to Kings Cross Station before catching our train connection the following morning. The Arriva Hotel was fine for our needs. The double room was quite small, but very clean and tidy with what appeared to be a newly furnished bathroom. Continental breakfast served 7.30 to 9.30. Just up the road from Kings Cross station

Was generally fine. I was impressed to find a Holy Bible in the room. I think that is a great idea. Breakfast was too simple. Tea/coffee with bread. Items like eggs, sausages, baked beans, etc. could be added

The room was clean and comfortable. We had to ask for an extra pillow and a bulb for a light but the receptionist was very obliging. The breakfast was served immediately which was helpful as we had an appointment. I would definitely use this place again
