Close to the tube, clean and basic. Breakfast was regular. But we were happy with our double en-suite room.

The rooms were very nice, clean and with a very well equipped bathroom. Very good relation between price and quality. The staff were friendly and dedicated.

Good location, about 5mins walk from King’s Cross station. Rooms very basic but clean. Could do with a bit of new paint on the walls and curtains need repairing as ripped. Tea making facilities provided but impossible to fill up kettle using sink in bathroom as sink too small and couldn’t get kettle under the taps. Had to use the tea cup to fill up kettle. breakfast room inadequate for the amount of guests in the hotel, however once we were seated, the food was fine and tea/coffee/juice plentiful. Concerned that keys are left in full view at the reception desk and no id was asked for when we returned for our room key, anyone could walk in off the street and ask for a room key and get in to the rooms. OK hotel for a reasonable price.

Stayed 10th - 12th November 2008. First time stay in London. I found the hotel really clean, warm and friendly. Will definitely come back again.

Clean and neat, close to King's Cross and some excellent places for breakfast, lunch, and pubs. The room was very small, but good. Shower was clean, and wifi was available for 5GBP a day. The only beef I had was that we couldn't enjoy breakfast at the hotel because the breakfast hall was completely loaded/overcrowded with people, so we ate somewhere else. But all in all, a good place to stay for this price. I've sure had lots and lots worse.

I found this hotel a wonderful find, perfect for what I was looking for and ideal for a short/cheap stay in London. It was comfortable and very clean (and better than expected). The rooms were a reasonable size with shower that was also very clean too. The staff were very friendly as well as helpful and the breakfast was good. It is well located, 5 minutes away from Kings Cross and 15 minutes walk to Angel, Islington/Design Centre. Overall a very good stay and would stay there again.

Stayed three nights at Arriva Hotel, spotless clean, excellent continental breakfast, fresh oranges, cereal, ham, cheese, toast, tea/coffee, yoghurt. You do not pay high prices, from where it is located good value for money. All staff pleasant. Would stay again without hesitation

Staff at Arriva Hotel were very friendly and accomodating. The room was small but very clean. There was traffic noise from the road outside. The breakfast selection was also too limited... there needs to be more choice of breakfast cereals than cornflakes and cocopops. And brown toast as well as white.

Had 3 rooms at the Arriva hotel. It was clean and comfortable. If you need somewhere to rest your head after a long day this is the place to stay. It has a good location with easy access to the tube etc. The rooms were OK but at the front of the hotel you can sometimes hear the traffic. Breakfast was a bit of a let down though, just having toast and not great tasting coffee! However, the Arriva Hotel is perfect for max of a week stay. :-)

I found the Arriva Hotel to be well located in Kings Cross, with good access to tube, train (even the Euro Star) & buses. The hotel was also not that far from the centre of town so it was easy to walk and see the sites on the way. Kings Cross is not the best part of London but I suppose if the Arriva was in Knightsbridge its would be three times more expensive. I'd book the Arriva hotel again.

We very much enjoyed our stay as this is a clean, conveniently located, well priced hotel. The minor problems we had were rather limited breakfast area and difficulties controlling temperature in the room. However, these were compensated by the friendliness of the staff and we will definitely be staying there arain.
