Very good 2 Star Hotel. Excellent connections to the city center. Rooms are warm, tidy and clean. Very good breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff. Another time, visiting London I will book this hotel again

Friendly staff, good situation for sightseeing (close proximity to underground at King's Cross) Small room but clean and comfortable. Perfect for a short stay (if you don't spend too much time in the room). The breakfast is only decent: choice is limited and products are poor quality

Not bad staff, nice and helpful rooms clean, curtains torn and broken, very warm. Would recommend to others for an overnight stay at the price, I don't like continental breakfasts but yours was good

On arrival staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and presentable. Staff arranged taxi's without any problems. Stayed in the Holiday Inn the night before - the Arriva was much cleaner and friendlier

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a cheap break in London. For the price we paid we never expected much. Good things.. good location with shops, restaurants and take aways near by, always had hot water for showers. The heating was on all night and room never cold, we were allowed to use cutlery from the kitchen when we brought food back to the room, bed was comfy and tv had clear reception, tea in your room, shampoo and soap provided and pretty clean. We also had a hair dryer. Bad points, on our last day breakfast was crowded, no remote for tv, a tile was coming off the wall in the shower (not as bad as it sounds though) and the table under the mirror in our room was broken. There is very little decoration in the rooms and our main light was very dull. Fortunately the lights beside our bed were really bright. On the whole we enjoyed our stay and were happy to stay in the place. A lot of reviews claim the rooms are tiny but how much space do you really need? We had an en suite, a double bed and wardrobe and could easily get our bags through the door and had enough space to walk around the room comfortably. I would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap break away
