Great accommodation for when you're on a budget. Close to Kings Cross and other transport links. The room was a nice surprise, spacious, clean and well worth what we paid. My only negative was the shower. It didn't have any pressure so I was unable to shower in the morning, that easily could be mixed though. Overall: Great value, nice and clean and lovely staff. Would definitely stay at the Arriva Hotel again.

A fair priced very basic hotel. Clean bedrooms and comfy bed, but very airless and if opened window, unbearable noise of traffic. Shower only just OK, and breakfast disappointing. UHT milk for cereal, ham and cheese left out to the air. Decided to give this a miss and eat breakfast out

Clean comfortable London accomodation, well placed for Kings Cross Station. Only 20 minutes walk to the nightlife of Camden Town. Continental breakfast could have been a little better but all in all a good value London hotel and would book Arriva Hotel again

Hotel was OK, CLEAN :) But shower wasn`t OK! I would stay at Arriva Hotel again !

Location good, reception and check in were fine. Room was on the small size but adequate, a little dated but clean. Bathroom was very small but clean. Bed was comfortable however the room was unbearably hot and with no AC the only option was to leave the window open resulting in traffic noise throughout the night. Despite reading mixed reviews I would stay at Bankside House again but only if I could be guaranteed a room to the rear

Basic necessities available. Sufficient for boarding when sightseeing.

Very nice hotel nice people good service we go every year and I have never had a problem and cant wait till next year thank you to the staff.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. 2 bars around the hotel. Rooms were comfy and clean. Overall felt really welcome and was great for what we wanted to do

No complaints. Friendly reception, the room was clean and on the ground floor. The breakfast was better than expected. All in all, fair value for money
