Norfolk House Hotel may be based in Croydon, just south of Central London, but this doesn’t mean that the city is entirely inaccessible. You’ll find that the transportation links from Croydon Train Station are excellent; you can either get off at Balham and take the tube, or stay on the train all the way to London Bridge or London Victoria. From here you can sample the delights of London such as shopping in Kensington High Street and designer Knightsbridge, or relaxing in Hyde Park. |

This hotel is conveniently located on the main road (so easy to find), its clean, the room was located in a quiet area (so nice and peaceful stay)! I would recommend on arrival you ask for a quiet room if you want to relax properly. The breakfast was nice, aside from the fact you have to make the toast yourself on some grill (which I think is a bit of a hassle first thing in the morning) other than that all was good.

For the money you can’t really complain. Not the cleanest of places but overall not bad. Staff are helpful.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and affordable. Good service from the reception staff. However not enough parking. A snack machine would be beneficial as there are no late night facilities available. Altogether a pleasant stay.
