Norfolk House Hotel may be based in Croydon, just south of Central London, but this doesn’t mean that the city is entirely inaccessible. You’ll find that the transportation links from Croydon Train Station are excellent; you can either get off at Balham and take the tube, or stay on the train all the way to London Bridge or London Victoria. From here you can sample the delights of London such as shopping in Kensington High Street and designer Knightsbridge, or relaxing in Hyde Park. |

Good clean hotel with all necessary appliances. Staff weren't very helpful when checking in and did not show us to our room, but after visiting reception with some enquiries about breakfast and local transport, we found the staff to be helpful. We liked that the hotel had a bar and an evening menu option, great price for what you get

This was a really nice hotel. It was how we would have expected 3 stars to be like, we were not disappointed. The breakfast was good. Shame about the T.V. reception though. We have recommended it to friends and family to be a nice Hotel to book if they go to London for the weekend as it has easy access to the train station

Nice pleasant staff, very helpful, clean tidy hotel decent price but would recommend you book for a breakfast or it's just toast and cereal. Unfortunately we had the front quad room on the ground floor and it's a busy road outside so slightly noisy as the windows need upgrading but all in all a nice family friendly hotel
