Having stayed in a horror hotel the night before, it was great to check into a friendly, pleasant hotel. Room was very good, spotlessly clean as was the en-suite. would definitely recommend and stay here again

Norfolk House Hotel Reviews
The stay in Norfolk House Hotel was excellent! The room we stayed was well refurbished with new flat screen TV on the wall, heating and with wall mounted fan for use in hot conditions, the bathroom was excellent with new tiling, hair-dryer, and nice new shower cubicle and shower system. Recommended!
On our arrival we weren't showed to our rooms, although the room was clean & presentable there wasn't anywhere to hang clothes, the shower water flow had to be turned right down to get any hot water so we only had a trickle. we had our baby with us & the pushchair didn't fit in the lift, so very much doubt a wheelchair would fit inside it either. No lighting in car park so it was very difficult to see where we were going as it was so dark. Wouldn't recommend taking babies or young children as there are so many stairs, we had to take the pushchair down to get it inside the room as the door stop had been fitted in the wrong place so prevented the door to the room opening fully. The staff in the breakfast room were lovely, polite & helpful, cooked breakfast was disappointing as it was so small but the staff did warm baby bottle up for us. I would only recommend this hotel for over night business travellers who are looking for the budget end of the market as it would meet those needs perfectly, but I wouldn't recommend it if you have a young baby as the endless trips up in the tiny lift was a nightmare for us with all the baby essentials as I am also disabled. On the whole it was an unpleasant stay for us, wouldn't use again due to disability difficulties and having to transport so many baby things up in the tiny lift, we weren't offered any help at all. We were also unable to connect to the hotels WIFI so it was a waste of time taking the laptop which we did need to use while we were away.
Heater was useless because it was placed underneath the window. All the heat escaped under the 'curtain' and out the window. Lovely room though, just a shame about the window - needs replacing
Thank you very much! Very nice hotel, beautiful room
