| we found the hotel clean and tidy, staff very pleasent,when we did need to contact staff about missing plug for bath was sorted straight away |

| I was dissappointed with the stay at Norfolk House Hotel. Only thing I would say in its favour was that it was cheap. Staff were friendly but the bar staff seemed to dissappear as we waited to be served for about 7 minutes before someone arrived. It was not up to the sctratch in tems of quality of customer service and the breakfast was poor. I could not reccomend this hotel unless you need a cheap hotel and cost is a major factor in your choice of hotel. Another guest could not park his car on the car park as it was taken up by a large lorry and trailer plus a coach. |

| The room was small but confortable. The continental breakfast was ok but a bit boring, it just consisted of orange juice, instant coffee, cereal and milk, with ham and slice cheese. Butter spread and jam were also available. The bath in my room was clean. There was no cable television, so you only had four channels. The staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions. They even place outside orders for food and ring your room when it is delivered. The bar and sitting room on the main floor always seem to be busy with outside customers. Overall I'd say I had a good stay at Norfolk House hotel. |
