Norfolk House Hotel was great value for money. Room was very clean and there was maid service every day, clean towels etc. Will definitely be staying there next time, highly recommended

The room was clean but basic. Hot water was difficult to use in bathroom. Easy to get to central London from hotel. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was big disappointment. Good pubs in area

A basic hotel, but cannot fault it in any way. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with no limitations to the quantity you eat. Having spent most of my life travelling and staying in hotels I would rate this as one of the better hotels for the price paid. Good and free parking for car, convenient for London tourist

The room was good for the price, great to put your head down after a day out in London, staff were friendly. A little way out from the city if sightseeing. I do feel that the hotel needs modernising a little for the price paid

You get what you pay for. It was cheap and just a place to sleep before our flights. The hotel was dirty, staff unhelpful and place needs lots of work. The good thing was it was near to central london

The Norfolk House Hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the staff friendly. Croydon is a little town next to London, so one can reach central London within 30 minutes by train. Croydon has a lot of eating possibilities, all quite cheap
