The area of Bayswater is nice. The Leisure Inn Hotel I would not recommend. Myself, partner and 4 yr old child booked a triple room (1 single and double) When entering the room you could see that it was not suitable for three people it was so small, musty and no room to move around. The shower was so small my 4 year old could hardly fit in to use the toilet so you can imagine for an adult. The shower was weak, no power and had to be on for 5 minutes before hot water would emerge. We did not spend much time at the hotel

No toiletries, No bin in en-suite, No plastic cups in en-suite, En-suite far too small and narrow, Washbasin too close to toilet, could not use toilet properly without struggling with size of ensuite. Door on ensuite did not shut properly, Net curtains were very dirty and windows were dirty. However, Bedding and beds were very clean and comfortable, staff were very obliging when extra tea making facilities were required. No instructions etc in room. However, in the reception there were local attraction leaflets. Even though beds were clean and comfortable, we would not stay there again. Very poor breakfast.

Surprisingly good. Small rooms but well planned, neat and clean. Only problem: dining room somewhat small

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable for the price. One small problem was no hot water in morning, but unfortunately could not see anyone because of work commitment.

The room was comfortable and was more than worth the price. The one night stay was spoiled by the attitude of the staff at breakfast. There was no help with lack of cups or glasses to drink from. When asked the girl muttered something like "in wash" and then ignored us. Cups didn’t appear at all and 5/7 glasses were left on a counter for all of the people there, 2 of which were still dirty, with lipstick still in evidence on the rim of one. My family finally had a fruit juice each by sharing a glass they cleaned properly themselves. This is unacceptable in a Bed and Breakfast Hotel. The reception Staff were very very good.

Probably the best quality you'll find. Clean rooms and proper bathrooms, good cleaning service. Breakfast consists of basic toast and grind out cereals. Skip and go to close by greasy spoon instead. Around ten min walk from tube not too bad

Good value for your money!! The train to London is very close and rapid! Handy car park! Our quadruple room was spick and span every day! Everything perfect except for the restaurant which "could do better!" We'll be back some day!

Spent a lot of money on the rooms, didn’t have a double when we arrived but put us in a triple room. Staff very friendly and room very clean will be staying again soon.

Not a room for two people. It might have a double bed but is lacking in room to manouver. Sink too low for the average person, partially blocks sitting on the toilet properly. Dining arrangements poor - nowhere to sit, shortages of food or having to wait too long for more to arrive.
