Very friendly staff, service was really great. The room was a bit old and run-down, but okay for the price. The location could not be better. We would certainly consider booking Hyde Park Towers Hotel again

Good location and okay for the price, but no hot water in the shower and a damp smell in the room. Forgot my glasses on the bedside table but staff replied to me after two weeks that they couldn't find them. Would have liked a better service

My girlfriend and I chose to stay at the Hyde Park Towers as a last resort, given that we arrived in London only to find that the original hostel we had booked had been closed down a week earlier. Luckily, we found that Hyde Park Towers was more than just a decent stay for our holidays. Everything was extra clean, since our sheets and towels were changed daily. The room we stayed in was very warm, with two radiators which we could set manually. We were also provided with a kettle as well as tea and coffee bags, renewed daily with the room service. The staff there was extremely helpful, providing us with adaptors and even wine glasses for Valentine's day! The room also included a TV with all the mainstream British channels. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Hyde Park Towers hotel to anyone travelling to London

Me and my husband stayed at the Hyde Park Hotel Towers for 2 nights early February. They couldnt do enough for us! So polite and helpful! I would recommend this place! Very good location with 2 tubes within a few mins walking distance and loads of places to eat

We had a very pleasant stay. Booked a twin room for one night which was was perfectly adequate. Not a massive room but plenty of space for us. It was warm and cosy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, right near Bayswater Tube Station. Would definitely stay again
