The front of house staff ay Hyde Park Towers Hotel are really friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms although small (What do you expect, this is central London!) were fine, although perhaps needing a deep clean on the carpet and a freshen up of the wall paint. The bathroom was clean, but a little 'tired', lovely towels (white and fluffy) The beds were SO comfortable with impeccable white cotton sheets and duvet covers over what seemed to be feather pillows and duvet. I slept deep and long. The best sleep I have had for a long time. Breakfast was the usual buffet. Thankfully with real butter and fresh fruit. The coffee was atrocious and the juice made up from concentrate. You can take your breakfast outside if you want to smoke. I have seen horrendous ratings and reveiws for this Hotel on trip advisor, they are totally unwarrented in my opinion

We had a nice stay, the room was clean and nice but I would have preferred a shower instead of a bath at that precise moment. Nice breakfast buffet. Very convenient place close to main bus and underground stations. I'll certainly go there again if I visit London again

A pleasant stay at Hyde Park Towers Hotel. Rooms could have been more comfortable with air conditioning but otherwise fine

Although rooms noisy had a very enjoyable stay, thought staff were excellent.

Hotel look good but they put us in a very small room with very dirty carpet. Although continental breakfast was included they tried to make me pay for it again.

Booked a twin room for my daughter and myself. Room was basic and clean and very good value for money. The Receptionists were very helpful, the one rang round and found us some excellent theatre tickets at a good price. Continental breakfast was very nice with plenty to choose from. The Hotel is situated near Bayswater and Queensway tube stations which made getting around very easy. Also some very good shops and restaurants at Queensway. We would most definitely go back.

Good budget hotel. Paid 37.50 per night each for 2 of us. Room was just big enough, only 1 sky channel (Sky news) and 3 terrestrial channels BBC 1-2, ITV. So claim to have satellite in each room is a little stretch of the truth. The room was clean, nicely laundered and bathroom was small and need refurbishing but was on the whole clean. Location is the best thing about this hotel. Close to all attractions, tubes and bus routes. Would stay again.

I couldn’t fault the hotel during our 3 day stay-helpful friendly staff (especially the lady who did the bar), lovely buffet and breakfast and clean, comfortable rooms in an excellent location. We will definitely be back!

I think this hotel is a good 3 star and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the rooms were much too hot.
