All in all, a clean and tidy hotel in a very good location, the only slightly tatty bit was a few bits of flaking paint in the bathroom but it all worked superbly. I will 100% book here again on my next stay in London, very enjoyable

Hotel much better than we expected especially as we read so many bad reviews after booking. What you pay for is what you get though as the rooms are very basic, but it was ideal as we are students! Location brilliant, staff really friendly and the breakfast excellent. Good value for how much we paid! There were a few disappointments such as no hot water on the morning (only happened once) and the fact you could hear people coming through the corridor and the rooms next door! This wasn't very pleasant at 6 in the morning! All in all a good stay though

The hotel is in a great location and you feel comfortable and relaxed when entering the hotel. Upon arrival it was not busy and therefore check-in was quick and easy. On the 3rd floor twin room was nice enough with enough space. Only thing annoying was the squeaky floors which didn't help when people walked past late at night and really early in the morning! Rooms clean enough! Relaxed atmosphere and recommended if you're on a budget and don't mind the beds not being the most comfortable thing ever! Pillows were though! :) My friend and I liked how Queensway was the street behind and from the hotel everything was easily accessible. The noise on the street wasn't too bad so not recommended if you want a quiet stay! Overall nothing wrong to complain about :)
