It is very basic no aircon - rooms get quite hot but we requested a fan from reception which they delivered. Clean beds and comfy clean towels. But the bath room gets really humid and sticky and is need or make over the carpet was not great. Small room very crammed but overall you pay for what you get very very basic but ok if you not spending anytime at the hotel and out sight seeing etc. Breakfast was ok

For the price we paid, we were satisfied with the hotel. The counter staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean with comfortable white sheets. The location was excellent too. An advantage of the hotel is that it has a wireless internet access

I booked this hotel as part of a theatre break for my parents who found the hotel to be clean, well located, friendly staff and quite reasonable price wise. They said they enjoyed their stay

Excellent price for a central hotel although the rooms were very small. The carpets could do with a clean and the rooms were quite dusty. Also, the cleaners never left any towels one day and I has to ask at reception for some and carry them up the room myself. However, the bathroom and bed was clean. The reception to the hotel and restaurant and bar were lovely

Our stay was very enjoyable. We read some very negative reviews and some of what we read about tired furnishings is accurate. However, for the price we paid, this is understandable. We received excellent service. The front desk could not do enough for us when the room we booked was not available. They gave us an upgraded room and free breakfast. The room was very clean, excellent sheets and spotless bathroom. The location is fabulous. Easy to access anywhere in London with two tube stations just around the corner. Many good restaurants close and the staff at the bar were very kind and helpful. Happy hour(from 4pm to 7pm) with buy one drink get the next one free was a nice touch as well. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I found myself in London again
