I stayed in a twin room with a female friend for as we were at a gig at Hammersmith Apollo which this London hostel is perfect for and being down a side street cuts out a lot of street/traffic noise. The rooms were functional and clean, reception staff memeber was polite although we sought nothing more than our key and to pay money. There is a 24hr shop which has good prices. Internet was 1GBP an hour which I had to use for the printer which seemed reasonable to me. We didn't use the kitchen or have a shower so can't comment on these facilities but toilets were clean but could do with more sinks and something to dry your hands on but from my one night stay it was a positive experience

Great hostel, clean, smart. Only issue was at the time of my stay there happened to be really loud building work outside and also was very warm with windows only opening a little.

Hammersmith Rooms are affordable and good value for money. The facilities are clean and functional. We really enjoyed the friendly faces at 7am ready to sell us good coffee and then to relax in the television room , reading our emails. We would gladly recommend Hammersmith to people who want basic and clean accommodation for a few nights in London. Also close to the tube and shops. Good pubs and quiet neighbourhood
