I slept 4 nights at Hammersmith Rooms. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Sometimes the toilets were dirty but because of people which use them. Also there was a lot of noise during the morning. Overall, I think that they are cheap but also the services are at this price

Hammersmith Rooms Reviews
I liked Hammersmith Rooms, it was clean and the room were nice. Good location, and friendly staff
Hammersmith Rooms was very clean but very, very basic. Rather strange smell in the corridors and lifts though. All I wanted was a place to rest my head so for that purpose it was perfect. Self catering and everything needed is there, just remember to bring your own tea/coffee milk, sugar etc etc if you want a cuppa
Hammersmith Rooms is in a good location, just a 5 minute walk from the Hammersmith Tube and Bus stations. We had a twin room with a private bathroom. The room was a decent size, enough for the two single beds, a wardrobe, bedside table and mini fridge, with space leftover for two large suitcases. We were happy to have a fridge and dishes and cutlery provided and the kitchen down the hall had a kettle, toaster, microwave and 2 hobs. Both the rooms and the bathroom were clean and were quite near the kitchen which was also kept clean. Linen and towels were provided and changed twice during our week long stay. I enjoyed my stay and the place was quite comfortable. I had one issue getting the heating on but the front desk sent up someone within 10 minutes to take care of it. The missing star in the rating is because the walls are quite thin so we could hear the baby in a nearby room crying every night, but to be fair, this was not a huge problem and no fault of the management. If you are looking for good London accommodation in a well connected area on a budget, I definitely recommend Hammersmith Rooms
I was a bit disappointed. Well the whole place is modern and clean, it is enjoyable. I had a spacious room all for myself. But on my 2nd floor it was very noisy. We had a fire door to the outside exit, and it was always open, so it was always cold in the corridor, and people kept opening it to smoke on the outside stairs. Then again, the cleaning staff was so very loud, I mean even at 7am there was some hoovering. And they were speaking loud, loud, loud. So were other visitors. Something should be written, like good behaviour rules. Two nights I was awoken by people shouting in the corridors, I had to open my door to tell them to shut up. I found the location being not well centred even though there are tube lines and buses very close. The rest of Hammersmith Rooms was fine. Kitchen, lift, the room, shower. Which is all what matters in the end to have a decent stay
