Great value for money. It's centrally located, so there is easy access to almost everything. Shower and kitchen were clean. Clean rooms too, although windows were quite dusty, probably because of the construction site next to it. Overall, we had a good experience at Hammersmith Rooms

Hammersmith Rooms was clean and comfortable. Nowhere to dress and undress in shower area or room. Shared with 3 males. Shower area there is nowhere to put dry clothing to dress into

Certainly one of the cleanest London hostels I have ever been in. I am very pleased with the cleanliness. I was less impressed with other aspects. They do not provide cooking materials despite providing a kitchen with oven and stove. If I'm staying in a hostel, I don't think I'm the type of person to carry around pots, pans, strainers, spatulas, and the like. It rendered the kitchen rather obsolete. The wifi is not free. Not a huge deal. I can survive without wifi, but I've paid for cheaper hostels and have been provided with free wifi. The laundry services seem rather expensive. In hindsight, I'm not sure if the wash powder was provided or if I stole somebody else's. Whoops. Ladies shower on my floor was inoperational. It didn't affect me as a male, but I can empathize with that frustration. In all: clean, friendly hostel. Maybe a tad expensive, but it'll do the job

Great place to stay! Only 5 mins from Hammersmith Apollo were we saw the first night of Kate Bush's concert - so ideal place to book for the venue. We booked a double with shared bathroom but were given a double ensuite at no extra charge which was just lovely of the hotelier :) Would happily book with TravelStay again!

Hammersmith Rooms is in a very handy location, quiet room, hasslefree. Only two electric sockets in the room and one has been used for the fridge. No room service for the three days but that's ok for us. Room a bit small and struggled to find space to open our suitcases, but overall a well priced room in a very convenient location

Hammersmith Rooms was what we were looking for, an over night stay after watching a show. It was clean, but sparse with only a bed, wardrobe and fridge. The bathroom was clean, and had a good shower. I wouldn't want to stay more than one night, but to just crash out in it was fine. I'd give it 3 stars
