Overall a good stay. We were there for a week. Only real negatives were a small room, thin walls and small bathroom. However, it was worth the money. Cheap and effective. Pretty clean, decent staff, breakfast included was a real plus (half decent food!). Good location, right near Bethnal Green tube station which is on the central line. Close to heaps of pubs, take-aways and off-licences. You get what you pay for most of the time and this place was worth the money

Bed ok, Staff Courteous and helpful. Public areas clean. However TV didn't work in room, no tea and coffee facilities, bathroom unusable - no plug in sink, sink plumbed into toilet. Didn't stay for breakfast. Real pity as hotel is in excellent location

The stay really was not a pleasant stay at all. The bed lining had holes in it and was the standard of a back street blackpool guest house. The bed was so uncomfortable I would have been better off on the floor. The shower floor was dirty as was the second towel. The room itself was very small for two and very crammed. To be honest I was working from 8am to 8pm and tended to stay out longer as to avoid going back to the hotel. I generally stay in the city hotel in Osbourne street and for the extra £2o a night I have been paying ,it is night and day. The only redeeming feature is the staff were pleasant and helpful
