Good value. Perfect location for us, with car parking space. Very good, clean accommodation but continuous noise throughout the night from plumbing

Good stay should do a cook breakfast in the morning

My wife and I had a 1 night stay and found the room very clean and warm, but the shower door did not close fully and the the shower head locater was broken. Breakfast and room were good value for the money

I have stayed a couple of times at this London hotel. Although the area is slightly run down the hotel itself is clean, is good value for money and the staff are helpful. I will definitely book City Inn Express again

We were very pleased with the City Inn Express Hotel. The shower was broken, but repaired and we got help for what we asked for. The people working there were were nice, We were a group with students from Norway and they all told me, as their professor, that you were very kind to them

Hotel was clean and the room okay. Staff very helpful. Could have done with food being provided in the evenings, but breakfast was okay.

Rooms small but adequate. Shower weak but warm. Noisy location close to 24hr garage and bus routes. Cooked breakfast available. Staff helpful and welcoming, no flexibility on timings

It is not the Ritz but, for what we paid it was very good value. The room was ok, the sheets were very clean, the bed bases were in need of replacing but, ok and the shower room was clean although. We all had a clean towel each. There was tea and coffee in the room. Not enough mugs but, they rectified that when we told them. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was toast, fried eggs and beans. There was also teas, coffee fruit juice and cereal. All in all it was nice and clean and for what we paid very very good value. Don't book somewhere for little money and expect a 5* hotel. Book City Inn Express if you want value for money
