Enjoyed our stay at Belmont and Astoria Hotel, good value for money and all the staff were very friendly and helpful

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are a liitle tired need up dating but ok if just stopping a couple of nights. Breakfast needs reviewing, the food is of low quality and it would be nice to have a choice of bread not just white

We got what we paid for, bed and breakfast. Room very clean comfortable, breakfast very good, staff very warm and welcoming, excellent location, perfect for what we wanted. Would book Belmont and Astoria Hotel again

My son and I had a twin room with en-suite, its cleanliness was excellent, breakfast was very nice and all the staff were polite and very helpfull. I only have two issues one being they didn't supply dots milk which meant I was unable to have a coffee with breakfast or in my room, and the second issue is that the beds were very uncomfortable to sleep in they were hard and lumpy Last of all, no lifts, I had a lot of stairs to climb. Apart from those things my son and I enjoyed our stay and we would book the Belmont and Astoria Hotel again if they take note of my issues

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room

This was a pleasant, short stay in a very decent hotel in London. To which the only downside was the bathroom. It was rather small but the actual hotel and the breakfast definitely made up for it. Recommended

I thought the hotel was first class, the room in which we stayed was immaculate, the staff were so helpful and the breakfast very good. I will definitely be staying there again. Thank you

Very welcoming and hospitable staff with clean, comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. Good being near to Paddington Station. Only slight question was in room I was not able to turn heat 'off' but that's more an observation than a criticism! A most enjoyable stay at Belmont and Astoria Hotel

The room was a little small and the stairs plenty but this is typical of hotels in Europe of 4 stars or less. Otherwise the room was very clean and in good condition. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was very good. The rooms were cleaned and serviced everyday of our stay. The full English breakfast was of very good quality and the service at breakfast was very good and very friendly. The location is brilliant. Paddington is very lively and close to buses and trains to everywhere. Would definitely stay at the Belmont and Astoria Hotel again
