Great hotel in Central London at the right price, which was just what I needed. Emphasis on value, this is a cheap hotel but it does offer good value for money. The shower was very good offering very hot water and good pressure. A small bad point to made was the window felt as if it was about to fall off its hinges and also had a very large crack through it

Ascot Hyde Park Hotel is very close to Paddington Station and was surprised that room was as big as it was for that price as have stayed in tiny rooms before in that area. Shower was great and clean towels. Room was v noisy though due to location and staff were very disinterested with none of the European ethos that being in the service industry is a vocation. Shame really as I wont go back for that reason

My stay in Ascot Hyde Park Hotel was really amazing. The room was very nice and comfortable. All staff were friendly. I wish I will come again to stay in this hotel if I get chance

Excellent room for the price and location. After reading some bad reviews I was worried. I was pleasantly surprised to find a very nice room. I was given a larger room than I booked at Ascot Hyde Park Hotel. Had hair dryer, teapot (lots of tea bags) and the bathroom was modern with plenty so storage space, toiletries and extra towels. he beds were clean and comfortable - and they provided extra blankets. It was a bit warm in the room when we first arrived. There is no AC so it could be An issue in the summer. The elevator was a blessing

At the time of booking Ascot Hyde Park Hotel we needed somewhere near Hyde Park as we were off to a concert there. So we booked Ascot but we found the room half finished the beds were clean and the shower area was good but it looked like you hadn't finished the rest of the room. We found one of the receptionist a little bit rude I asked to hire an iron which he said he would sort but I never got and also a spoon to stir coffee in the room which we never got so I had to stir them up with my toothbrush. Apart from that it was good

Ideal location, the room was nice, cheap and OK for a base. But the breakfast was cold and I could hear the underground trains.

Ascot Hyde Park Hotel is more than what you pay for. Staff are welcoming on arrival with quick and easy check in. Rooms are a bit small but not a major problem same as with the bathroom. Hotel is located on paddington main road so there are plenty of shops and fast food restaurants located in walking distance. Overall I enjoyed my stay

Great location only a short walk from Paddington Station. Ascot Hyde Park Hotel is ideal if you are to spend all day out and just want a place to sleep, but not for staying in at the hotel. More could have been done to the decoration of the rooms, i.e. repainting of the walls

Ascot Hyde Park Hotel was amazing nice and clean and also quiet. The problem was paying for the internet that should be free. No milk was not provided for a cup of tea. You have to buy the milk from the shop. I had a great time there
