Ascot Hyde Park Hotel Reviews

I have nothing bad to mention about the Ascot Hyde Park Hotel. The room was cleaned, the room service excellent all along. For what I paid, the room was good.

You get what you pay for: think along the lines of a student dorm rather than a hotel. If you want a room simply to shower in, spend the night and nothing else - then its fine, don't expect anything else though.

Staff helpful and friendly, room clean but need of refurbishment. Minor problems with missing sink plug and forceful hot water tap

The Ascot Hyde Park Hotel service could have been better. Hotel didn't serve fried English breakfast and had to make do with whatever was given at breakfast which was very basic (just bread, milk, boiled eggs and juice). The rooms was also slightly dirty.

Everything I required in room, lovely bathroom, looked new, the rest of building looked in need of redecoration, staff very helpful, breakfast is served next door in cafe, great location for Paddington, would stay at Ascot Hyde Park Hotel again

Ascot Hyde Park Hotel was really close to Paddington station which was great. The rooms were clean and tidy with fresh bed linen and towels. Reception was manned 24 hours. Breakfast was just toast/boiled egg. But all in all it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel is ok, very good location in central London

Ascot Hyde Park Hotel was very close to Paddington Station so that was a plus, but we had a front room so very little chance of sleep with all the noise. Had tea and coffee in room which was a nice touch, pity there was no milk so couldn't have a drink

Hotel was clean but old. Still the location is good, tube station is very close by and some food stores are across the street. The staff wasn't very helpful but we didn't have any mayor problems.The only problem we had was with wifi, the connection was down throughout all our stay there. For that kind of price it's still worth it

I enjoyed my stay at Ascot Hyde Park, it was my first time at this hotel. It was very clean like a 5 star hotel, especially the bathroom, they are well decorated with expensive tiles. The staff were very friendly
