Hotel interior is old. The 'restaurant' is just a storage room for luggage with a few tables and chairs. The beds are ok. The bathroom is ok. The hair dryer didn't work. There are lamps that are burned out. The walls are well isolated (no noice from the neighbours), but the door wasn't isolated. A lot of noice from people walking and talking in the hall. Wifi is not free (GBP 2.50 pounds per hour), and only usable for 1 device. The hotel location is good. Many restaurants in the street and very near to underground station.

It was not really clean. I order an English Breakfast and I had to ask for it. The rooms are being redecorated because the hotel is a bit old.

Very nice in general. At breakfast, plates shouldn't be taken away so fast, I only went to get a cup of tea and my plate was gone while I was not finished with my breakfast. Also the room smelled a bit and the bathroom smelled sewage. Good customer service

Ascot Hyde Park Hotel was fine. The guy on reception was very courteous and friendly. The room was basic but very clean, the bathroom and shower spotless and very modern. If there was any problem, and they were small ones, there were no coat hangers in the room and the cups provided for the tea making facilities were a little tired and worn out

Excellent location and a good room for the price, it was well run and in safe area right on the train line from Heathrow. The carpeting and furnishings were old but the rooms were clean and the people were friendly. I stayed at the Ascot Hyde Park Hotel on two different nights and the second room was much much better than the first. The quality of most rooms are what you would expect for the price paid, but the second room was clearly recently remodelled and exceeded expectations. Very friendly reception. The breakfast wasn't very good but there are excellent options in the area. I will definitely book Ascot Hyde Park Hotel again
