very good accommodation in a quiet zone and very close to central and circle line tube. You can quickly get to the centre of London and everywhere too. They are very kind and rooms very clean. Excellent for a three star hotel.

The Princes Square Hotel is a very nice Hotel in Bayswater. The breakfst was very good and the rooms were clean

Good room size, comfortable bed and good service on front desk. However the hotel isn't situated in a practical walking distance to any places of interest. Quiet room during the night but in the morning was very noisy with everyone moving about not ideal if you want a lie in ;)

Since booking this hotel its changed its name. They were recommended by a friend. It has changed from a hotel to a bed and poor breakfast accommodation. Would certainly not use it again. NO BAR as in hotel description. Rooms were clean, looked as though it had just been renovated.

The Princes Square Hotel is a clean and proper place without any ""uneccesary extras"". Very suitable for me. Great value for an inexpensive london hotel!
