Bluebells Hotel is in a very good location! Convenient for city sightseeing, especially was near Portobello market. Service was standard, but enough and no need care. Room including bathroom was simple. To be sorry, the hotel had no lift and unfortunately my room was on 6th floor ( in continental, 7th floor), it was very hard to walk up and down especially with heavy luggage. But I could stay comfortably for 7 nights. I would like to say thank you. I rated mainly by cost performance for place, service and facilities, to tell the truth 3.5

Friendly staff, quiet area. Bathrooms great with lovely showers. Decor a little old, but did not detract from a pleasant stay at Bluebells Hotel

The location of Bluebells Hotel was fantastic. Service was good and the breakfast room had a nice atmosphere. That being said my room did not have a key, it was pretty shabby looking, the window didn't lock and it was under the stairs, subject to much noise. However, most importantly everything was clean

Bluebells Hotel staff and service was really great. The only thing that I can complain about is breakfasts which didn't give me many choices when it comes to food.

The location of Bluebells Hotel was very good, friendly service. But no hot water in the morning to take a shower.
