I stayed for 4 days in Room B1. No fridge, has a bath tub. Bed uncomfortable. Noisy with subway running 5am to 1am each day. Wifi good from room. Nice breakfast. I also stayed for 2 days in Room 34. Fridge, no bath tub, bed comfortable. Subway barely audible. Wifi does not reach 3rd floor. Again nice breakfast

Bluebells Hotel is actually a pretty good jumping off location for London. Close to the tube, Hyde Park, Notting Hill and Kensington Palace. The area around the Bluebells is very nice and quiet with one exception - the tube stop is very close to the hotel and you could feel it and hear it in the lower level room we were in. I would stay there again without hesitation. The hotel is clean and the staff very nice

Unfortunately, along with the low price-tag of this guesthouse comes low standards. I had several problems such as the noise from the London Underground, a key that seemed to stick in the lock, a very, very basic breakfast, and some unfriendly staff. In addition to this I found when I arrived at the guesthouse (which could be no earlier than 2pm) my room was not ready and the staff did not look pleased to see me. I suppose at such a low price one could not really expect more from this place really

The rooms were very clean and according to description. The only problem was the noise level due to the tube. The breakfast was too sparse. Overall I liked the B and B very much! The location was stunning!

On arrival we were given a very small twin bed room (as booked) which was very hot, stuffy, small window with blank wall view. When I asked if we could have a bigger room, we were told we could have another room for 1 night, but would have to move for the next 2 nights. We were given a family room for 1 night and a much nicer twin for other 2. Glad I asked to be moved. Good sized rooms (in the end), reasonable shower with no extra charge. The staff pleasant, very helpful. Cheap accommodation, near to the tube, in a quiet square. Only the rumble of the tube running underneath to disturb, but soon got used to it. Couldn't expect more near the centre for the price

All three nights interrupted by the fire alarm in the room. Reaction of people working at reception from apologetic to impolite.

We enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with the large family room for our family of 5. The location was good and close to the metro. We hadn't realized that we would be able to hear the tube from the room, but it did not disrupt our sleep. Our only complaint was that breakfast was very sparse. As a diabetic and parent, I usually try to have eggs or yogurt or cheese/meat with breakfast for my family. Also, we ate standing up several times, as there was not enough room.

All as expected from a 2 star hotel. Basic but clean rooms with clean linen. Very good bathroom. Pleasant staff. One hiccup - no hot water by 10am. Other than that, a pleasant overnight stay.

For 66 a room, you get what you pay for! The good: The price, the location, the clean bed and clean shower. The bad: No key to lock the room!, messy room (dirty tissues on floor), unhygienic broken toilet seat, slippy floor surfaces with no warning, rumbling of Tube circle line every 30 minutes as it passes by. All I can say is: Buyer beware! Would only recommend this hotel for my worst enemy. It's fine if you don't plan to stay in or sleep early (just a place to crash) but other than that, dissatisfaction guaranteed!

The people were friendly and accommodating but the hotel accommodation was extremely disappointing. The room was extremely noisy; the window in the room could not be closed. The noise both from other guests and the underground was annoying.

We were very impressed with the size of the room and the bathroom although a few things in the room such as the shower door were a little faulty.

I've booked to stay at the Bluebells Hotel three times now. The staff is always friendly and accomodating, and the hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, and I enjoy staying there whenever I'm in London!

The room was ok, but I could hear the underground. Surroundings very nice. Service ok.

Rather dirty and very dingy room. Bathroom was clean and had obviously been redecorated. Carpet on floor, very yuck. Breakfast very poor.
