I enjoyed my accommodation and good company

I stayed here for 2 nights during the last week before the Olympics. It's a nice enough place to stay, well situated near the centre of Walthamstow and the tube station. Clean, tidy, decent shared kitchen and the owner James is a nice guy. I'd stay at Woodville Guesthouse

This was my second time staying at James' guesthouse. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to the tube and train, the Woodville Guesthouse is clean and cozy, and James does his best to make you feel comfortable. It's more than a guesthouse, it's a guesthome.

The Woodville Guesthouse was worth the price you pay. The furniture was basic (only one bed and an armchair in the bedroom) but very clean. The owner was friendly and it was close to the underground station. There was hot water and a clean bathroom as well. I highly recommend it if you want to stay in a cheap place in London.

Woodville Guesthouse is 10-15 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central. The shared accommodation was basic but clean. Bathroom was downstairs and in slight aesthetic disrepair (a tile off the wall, rusty radiator) but the owner was most helpful and courteous. Overall, value-for-money

Thank you James for such a warm welcome and being good company at Woodville Guesthouse. Transport and amenities within a few minutes walk. Accommodation was fine, comfortable bed, cooking utensils provided, decent shower!
