You can choose a private double or quad room for your stay, or book a bed in a shared triple room. As the house has such few guests you’ll never have to wait for long for access to the shared bathroom, and you will also benefit form having access to the house’s self catering kitchen. You can truly relax with included bed linen, no curfew, WiFi, laundry and ironing facilities at this cosy little home from home.

Woodville Guesthouse London is located in Walthamstow, East London. From here you’ll be within easy access of Stratford, one of the sites of the 2012 London Olympics and home to the Stratford Centre. Close by you can sample the many bars and restaurants on offer, as well as checking out Walthamstow Market and enjoying a relaxing stroll in Epping Forest. Walthamstow Central Tube Station is also close by, providing you with fast access to famous places such as Oxford Street and Leicester Square.

Full payment is required at time of booking. Credit cards will incur a 3.5% surcharge.
All bookings from 26th July 2012 - 12th August 2012 and then 29th August - 9th September 2012 are 100% non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-changeable and will be charged for the full duration of your stay if cancelled.
Any no shows will be charged in full for the reservation.
First when I got to the place, I thought OMG where have I come, but once I settled down it was very welcoming and James the owner is a very nice guy. The shared bathroom which I didn't have to wait for long was very clean and tidy and so was the bedroom. I stayed there for 4 nights and was really pleased with my stay. I would def go back again. James even cooked for me for the last 2 nights as he is a true honest guy
My short stay at Woodville Guesthouse was pleasant, especially for the welcome and the availability of its management. I felt during this night in a family and warm atmosphere that do not get the ordinary Hotels. I indeed think of returning soon. Thank you for everything
Good London accommodation
Very good budget London accomodation. If you're after The Ritz, then I'd suggest you look elsewhere, but if you're after a basic place to stay in a good location, with a friendly, super-enthusiastic welcome; this is for you
Woodville Guesthouse was a nice place to stay with a pleasant atmosphere. The owner James leases out the rooms in his home so it felt quite homely and James was very welcoming. The only downside was that there were no locks on the bedroom doors
