My stay in The Warwick Hotel for two days was really a pleasant one. For the rate I paid, the room was not really that small and everything was quite clean and neat. The toilet had toilet paper. The tv, heater, fridge etc; all were working well. I was very satisfied with the room and service given. On the first day, the kitchen was a bit untidy because the utensils were not washed by the previous users. In the evening, I saw the staff had to wash up the dishes and pans left by others. The next morning, the kitchen was very tidy and clean. The breakfast was toasted bread and butter and coffee/tea. The staff who prepared the breakfast were very nice. The second morning, I bought some eggs and boiled them in the kitchen, so I managed to have a richer breakfast. I did enjoy my two-day stay there

The Warwick hotel was about what you would expect for such a low price in central London. Room and bedding was clean and we had ensuite and you can't ask for much more at £30pppn We would go back as long as the price stayed the same

Sheets, pillow cases and duvet cover was not ironed but were clean. We asked for an extra pillow but the cleaner had none available. Breakfast consisted of a corn flake box with warm milk, coffee was available out of a machine and the room was dirty, and under refurbishment at the time.

Cheap price, good location. The only thing is, it's a bit noisy at night

Small hotel, nice people, great location. Beds could be more comfortable, but nothing's perfect. Price - very good, hard to find cheaper hotel in similar location. Bathroom clean, refrigerator a little bit to noisy but there's refrigerator in the room! There's also kitchen in the basement so you can prepare food for yourself. Space around the hotel is very nice - beautiful small park in front of the entrance. Very close to underground and busses. Close to Kensington Park and Hyde Park, close - by foot - to centre of London. When I arrive to London next time I'm going to stay in Warwick Rooms again

Room is small but love the location! It's only like 2-3mins walk to the tube (Paddington) and many restaurants near by. Burger King (open till 2am) and McD are just around the corner, so you won't go hungry at late night

Although initially given the wrong keys, the staff were very helpful and the room was what I expected for the price. The bed was comfortable, but there was no TV. this turned out not to matter really

Room was not ready when i got there, but i was there early. They let me in the room, and by the time I was back it was clean. Could do with a revamp and a clean outside the rooms. Inside the room was clean, but could do with a revamp. Do not expect the Hilton, but you shouldn't for this price

We chose this hotel because of its location as it is conveniently located by Paddington Station and because it was very inexpensive. A five star hotel it is not, but the room, simply furnished, was very clean. We noticed fresh paint and that's a good thing. We would suggest a change of carpets in the hallway would really improve the place. Everyone we dealt with in the office were helpful
