Fantastic location opposite Hyde Park and tube station. Elevator for those who need it. Impeccably clean and pressed sheets for everyone. Toilet light fault fixed in few hours. Generally above average clean. Breakfast (corn flakes, milk, white bread toast, marg, jam) included. Fast and efficient service. I wish all hostels in London could learn from them

Very nice and helpful staff, rooms crowded but it wasn't a big problem, especially with two bathrooms in our room. Breakfast included was a nice surprise! Located close to underground stations and bus stops, there are also many interesting things within a walk distance. Great value for money

Room too small and the bath room are not clean. No place to hang clothes. The people in reception are not friendly not helpful. If go for price you can choose this hostel
