Excellent place to stay while in London. Fantastic location. It was quiet at night and the room was clean. We had a private twin room with a tv, coffee and tea making service and as comfortable beds as you get in most hotels. I saw previous reviews stating that the bathrooms were too small, but our bathroom seemed quite roomy. The only things that I wasn't keen on was that the breakfast was not all that great, but edible and the shower did not seem to have any setting lower than boiling hot

The hostel is well located, next to the underground and in a lively area and the room was clean. But apart from that, I don't recomend this hostel. The staff was rude, the breakfast was horrible and you need to pay £5 for a towel

I have stayed at this hotel about 20 times now. The location is great with bus 94 just on the doorstep an Queensway and Bayswater tube stations just around the corner. Clean bed an towels

Bueno esta fue la 3 ª y última vez que se ve a quedar aquí, estaba sucia, para empezar, y también muy noisey la habitación que se puso en el peor lugar que había quedado y que estaba contento de salir y regresar a casa por un buen sueño, las personas que borracho y abusivo y 1 de los invitados se encontraba durmiendo en otras camas pueblos comportamiento muy extraño, por lo que poco se ve permanecer allí otra vez y el personal realmente no ayuda.

Me and my travelpartner spent two nights in a two-bed room with a toilet and a shower. The room was nice and of good standard and about the size I would expect of a two-bed hostel room. The staff was friendly. Hot and cold water failed to match the red and blue markings on the shower as per usual. And for some reason there was very little pressure on the cold water
