Really nice staff, taking care of cleanliness and great location. But there where cockroaches in the bathroom and the key cards didn't work properly.

I really liked my room. It was small but nice and clean. The breakfast was good and stuff very helpful. I would stay there again

Perfect location in terms of convenience to the tube. Rooms are sufficient - we stayed in three different ones because London was our hub between other cities. Some rooms were definitely better than others - most could use a little updating/thorough cleaning! Half of our experience with the staff was good and the other half not so much. But overall a good experience because of the price and location - when traveling, the room is just for a good night's sleep, otherwise we are out and about!

I was in this hostel with my friend for two nights and we found the rooms clean and the breakfast good! The only downside has been the temperature, it was a bit too cold

I came back to Royal Bayswater Hostel because it's great. I loved the hot water but the breakfast can be improved but the staff at the desk are really kind.

It was personable and kind. Even though it was clean and organised, I missed the hot water in the shower and breakfast could have been better. 

The room was ok. Not the best or the worst. This was my second time at the hotel. It's a low cost London hotel. We had no hot water in the shower. Breakfast was ok, but they serving instant coffee. And that's not ok for any hotel in London

Cheap standard room, but worth the price. Great location. Will stay again in the future
