I found the hostel to be comfortable and I was happy with the services provided. It is a party hostel so if you are not up for noise consider another place. It does look a little run down inside and the bathrooms were a little slimy. Good location.

Very good hostel. Clean, and calm. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There's a small queue for the kitchen, but there's everything in it that you need to cook a decent meal. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. Very good atmosphere, friendly people. We were 4 friends together and we had a marvelous stay. We didn't want to go back home!! Highly recommended.

The staff was awesome and very friendly, but it is not the cheapest hostel to stay. The room was good as was the bathroom and amenities.

Perfect for me! Quest hostel is a small busy friendly hostel. If you like lots of people around you then this is the place to be. If you like your accommodation a bit quieter then think about somewhere else.

I booked the Quest with TravelStay and ended up staying almost 2 years! No kidding. I had a uk work visa, bounced around a few flats and hostels and landed at the Quest. I loved it, it was my home and there were many people who stayed long term because of the atmosphere as well. Great location and great people, I will always go there when I am im London.

We stayed 3 days at the Astor Quest and were very pleased by the quad room with ensuite bathroom we got. Staff is very friendly and helpful; cleanliness is OK and the shower always have hot water! The breakfast is a bit poor though (but a Starbucks is not far away!). Location is excellent, very close to Hyde Park and two Tube stations. Would recommend it and go back again, as it was very affordable for London. By the way, free racks are provided but you have to bring your padlock.

I loved the Quest Hotel! The location wasn't bad, the staff were amazing, the beds and rooms were very clean, the other travellers were the friendliest I had come across. I'd reccommend it to other backpackers

I stayed 2 weeks in Quest Hotel and I enjoyed it!
It is very close to the Tube and great places. The room was clean and there is all you need for cooking in the kitchen. Special thanks to the staff!

I stayed at the Quest in summer 2004 and enjoyed it. The rooms are ok, and they have good bathrooms attached. The breakfast is poor, but as the hostel was a cheap one, I didn't expect more than that. It's at a great location, very close to the Queensway and Bayswater stations. I probably will stay at the Quest hostel again.

The Quest hostel is a wicked place for any backpacker to enjoy a few nights (or weeks-like myself!!). It's a great base from which to explore London. The rooms at the quest hostel are extremely clean and hygenic, and the kitchen is the same, as are the bathrooms. Overall, the best thing about the Quest, however, is definitely the staff. They are friendly, helpful and laid-back. You'll be sure to make some very good friends over here, and enjoy a few nights kicking back some beers, chatting, or hanging out in the park. I highly recommend the Quest hostel to anyone who's looking for a place with atmosphere, cleanliness, and a great time in London!!
