I have stayed at Queens Hotel London twice before and have really enjoyed myself so I thought let me book it again unfortunately this time it wasn't as good as the last two times I've been there before. It is a wonderful hotel the staff are absolutely lovely but the rooms were not up to scratch due to maintenance issues with the bed and shower.

Value for money budget London hotel. Convenient location. Pleasant staff

It was a good London hotel for the price, the guy at the front of the reception (think it's the security guy or valet, the night shift one) was really nice, there was no parking space at the hotel so he advised us where we could find parking. The hotel reception area was nice looking, better than the rooms but for the price the rooms were decent. The only issue I had was the telephone kept buzzing all night which was quite annoying and also I called for toilet rolls as it had finished but they didn't get round to giving it so the customer service was I'd say average. But overall a decent hotel for the price

I wasn't very pleased as the bathroom was not clean before i came in. However the staff were very kind and polite and if I needed help they were willing to help me. I would recommend Queens Hotel London to someone else as it is very decent

My stay at the Queens Hotel London has been excellent. Fantastic value, rooms are spotless, meals are fantastic value and staff are excellent. I would highly recommend this London hotel for short or long stay

Queens Hotel is in a good location. Clean room. Comfy bed. Good shower. Walls are paper thin. You can hear each door slam. Very old hotel needs updating. Wallpaper peeling off some walls. But it was clean

Quuens Hotel London is in a lovely building and helpful staff. Reasonably clean but room conditions need improving e.g toilets not properly flushing, floor boards creaking and sign posting the way around the building definitely need improving
