Pros: Cleaning was on par at Queens Hotel London, the receptionists were warm and welcoming. Rooms fairly easy to find, relatively quiet. Water shut off due to pipes freezing but they worked hard and were quick to fix the problem. Cons: window in bathroom of room is damaged and stays cracked open, so during snow storm my room got rather cold if the door to the bathroom was left open

I stay at the Queens Hotel London whenever I am down for a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition in Crystal Palace and I have always found the staff and services to be fantastic. The room this time was more than I had expected as it had an extra bed which suited my party of people. We arrived just before midnight and the staff were on hand to check us in with a smile. Very close to the local amenities and close to public transport services which is very handy
