Hotel was ok but basic - bedroom/bathroom clean but in dire need of redecoration. Annoying that couldn't get signal on tv. Customer service was mixed - bar staff disappeared for long periods of time but friendly enough. Hotel very tired - needs to come into 21st century but OK for a night

Yes the staff was very friendly. Room and bathroom was very clean. But the corridors were stinking. Overall very good experience to stay with you. Thank you so much

Great Hotel! Rooms were good, beds firm, not too firm. Rooms where clean. Bathroom tidy and large enough, bath with shower in it (not always a shower in a British hotel). Nice view in the dining room on the fifth floor. Parking facilities very good. Helpful and polite staff. Would consider booking this hotel again in case of returning to London

The basin hot tap was constantly running, no action taken when reported. No kettle. Towels and bath mat were taken away and not replaced for second night of stay. Clean and basic. Great supply of hot water for bath and shower. Good communal facilities
