When I saw the hotel rate online, I wasn't too sure if I was going to get good service. I was proved wrong, right from the excellent customer service at the reception to the neatness of the room I stayed in, what more can one ask for? The only frustrating thing was the WiFi which couldn't be accessed from the rooms

Queens Hotel London Reviews
I have no complaints about the room. It was basic but everything was clean and pleasant. Staff were very helpful and courteous, and once again we booked here for a short stay in London
Hotel quite far away from transport but in a very nice and quiet place. Very essential, no mirror in the room, no glass no shelf in the bathroom, in the shower no shelf to keep the soap or the shower gel. Only one shower towel, no hand towel
The Queens Hotel London was generally very good, but I was expecting a full English breakfast and I only got toast and cereal.
Very basic hotel in London, needs upgrading. Hairs on the carpet in the bedroom., curtains didn't fit. Fine if you just need some where to lay your head for a night. Walls in bedroom very thing can hear people in next room
