Comfortable, clean, very comfy bed. Bathroom fixings old, shower head broken!

Our stay at the Norfolk House Hotel was comfortable, clean sheets, warm rooms, staff were very helpful and friendly, amenities good and not too far from London to enjoy historical sites.

Very good hotel for this price/clean good breakfast/We will book it for a next stay.

It was ideal! I went on my Christmas party and needed somewhere to stay in London, the hotel had really reasonablly prices and did the job.

Goodish location, easy access to tube station. Friendly enough, rooms pretty small and a bit claustrophobic. Rooms warm and good escape from the heat. Not sure if it was worth the money.

I was very happy with my stay at the hotel. The room had all the facilities i would need for one night and was nice and clean.
The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.
