I would like to thank the staff at Linden house for all of their efforts during our brief stay. We had a warm and friendly welcome, a clean and honestly described room, which we found very comfortable, the breakfast was simple, healthy and much appreciated. We paid £57 for one nights accommodation, and feel that, we received exceptional value. my husband and i travel extensively, in future when we visit london, linden house will be our first choice. thank you very much for helping make our stay in the capital a most enjoyable and comfortable experience.

Room was neat, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but perfect for a quick bite before heading off for the day. The staff were friendly and polite. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights. Was given a quad room even though I ordered a double room. No extra charge. Great start! Room was fine even though the TV-signal seemed to have a hard time actually reaching the TV properly. Bathroom seemed new and everything worked just fine. Daily cleaning just fine. Breakfast very budget. Toast, hard boiled eggs, cornflakes, juice, coffee, tea, jam - that's about it! Fancy a full English breakfast? Leave the hotel, go left 100 metres, breakfast restaurant, less than 5 pounds. The area is just excellent. Within one minute up and down the street, you have all you need for at quick stay in London. A couple of great pubs, 5-6 restaurants (steak, Indian, Greek, Italian), a couple of fast food joints, a Costa Coffee, a Burger King open 'til 2am, souvenir shop, small grocery shop and Paddington Station. Brilliant! I highly recommend that you exit Linden House Hotel, go right and visit the Indian restaurant 100 metres down the street.

Fresh and clean rooms (although tiny) in a great location. Breakfast was fine and service was kind. The only less-good thing was that they charged £5 to hold your bag on the last day after checkout.

Stayed in this hotel for one night as I had a meeting in London (short notice). Really good price, lovely bathroom. Room was clean and had all the facilities I needed. Didn’t have time for breakfast but it smelt lovely! Staff were friendly and I had a pleasant stay. Would stay again!

We have stayed here many times over the years but were disappointed to see that it is now very basic. We had no kettle and when one was requested along with extra pillows none were forthcoming until I repeatedly asked. Breakfast was very poor and lots of the china was chipped. Very little space in the room. We are not likely to stay there again.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone with a small budget. The rooms are small but clean and you have a private bathroom. The location is great, just near Paddington Station and Hyde Park. For breakfast you get toast and serial, tea and coffee, simple but fine.
