Stayed in a room for 5 blokes on a lads weekend - Cost £150 which worked out at £30 each which was good night before Marathon. Staff friendly good breakfast - (at least better than the dodgy croissant you usually get when it says 'continental'). One of the five beds that were squeezed into the room was a little bit thin - but it didn't bother us. We stayed here because it was cheap - Expecting grotty hostel we got a clean functional room.

I stayed 8 nights. The single room was miniscule, the shower was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. It would help to install some additional shelves and cupboards to make the room more comfortable. When I arrived it was quite cold and there is no heating in the room, but I could get a radiator from the reception. The location is excellent. For the cheap price O.K.

Decent hotel, small rooms but is in the best location you can get as it is like 10 mins away from all the main London attractions. The breakfast was a nice little extra for such a cheap room in the centre of London. Hopefully going to be staying again in a couple of months time.

This small hotel is the only one I could find in London that would sleep our family of five in one room, turned out to be excellent value for money. The room was in need of some decorating in places but was clean and warm the two things at the top of my list. Breakfast was more than adequate but get there early as the dining room got very full around 9am.

The best hotel I've stayed at in London so far... very clean, friendly atmosphere, good location, the only drawback was the size of the rooms - quite small.

According to the price the Linden House Hotel was very good. The accomodations were fine, the breakfast simple, but enough. And the most important it is well located, near the bus and underground station.

Good place not far from the city center by tube.

Fine for the price. Stayed in room 102 in the basement so no view from window, just a ladder (fire escape maybe!) and another room and builder's rubbish. Room compact but very clean. Bathroom a bit dodgy, sink virtually blocked, shower tap kept falling off and hairdryer non-functioning. Didn't get a key card for over 24 hrs, had to use pass key! Staff friendly. Breakfast chaotic (not sure why there were hard boiled eggs!) On the whole OK if a bit Fawlty Towersish!

I was a bit scared after reading the reviews of this hotel but I was positively surprised! The room was small but enough for two persons. The room and the bathroom were both very clean! The staff were very friendly, they helped us to get around! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The location is perfect and the price was also :) I would come here another time!

Very nice hotel (for the amount we paid), right in the centre of London with incredibly easy access to tube and other transport links. Clean and reasonably decorated, the staff were friendly and over all we had a good stay. I would highly recommend this to others especially given its price and location, there are however a lot of stairs so if you find mobility an issue it might not be the best choice.
