Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms are basic but more importantly clean. Limited space in the toilet/shower ensuite

I am dissatisfied with the fact lift is not available. Guests have to climb up the stairs up to 5 or 6th floor. The room's toilet is rather old and that makes it look dirty. The room isn't properly cleaned. However, considering the price that is offered, I would tolerate these issues except cleanliness

We booked a 1-star and got what we paid for. The room we had booked for 3 of us was downstairs and was spacious enough. However, the shower curtain didn't reach the base of the shower and consequently the bathroom was prone to flooding. This explained the evidence of damp around the walls behind the beds. Other than that the rooms were clean and tidy. However, the staff were all really friendly and helpful and the location is excellent - you can walk to almost all the sites, and if you catch the bus it stops outside the hotel. All in all, if you are working on a tight budget it is worth a look

Cheap rooms, you cannot expect too much, the sheets are clean, the beds okay, the showers good but the rooms are tiny and sometimes very old and rickety. Breakfast good and the people friendly

What a dive no hot water no heating and mattress was like something out of the dark ages. Damp a major issue
