Hotel was ok. Near the tube. Kind staff but the rooms were cold as I couldn't make the central heater work

There's nothing posh about this hotel. Hotel Lily is small and plain but does it's job of providing a clean bed and bathroom (all be it small) in the heart of London. I'll return

Hotel Lily should definitely be praised for it's location. It's in Earl's Court so the tube is a short walk away and there are buses to get around. Although, we pretty much walked everywhere. The rooms were small but adequate for our weekend away. We didn't come to London to sit and dwell in luxury so it was great!!

It was very run down and I felt that the reception staff weren't very friendly. Breakfast was a bit of a shambles. But it was central and cheap!

Hotel Lily is in a good location if you want to be near to Earl's Court Exhibition Centre. But the room I was in was very small! Cramped even. For the price I really wouldn't complain though. The staff were okay, I'm not sure if I would stay again

Very clean and comfortable rooms at the Hotel Lily. Location close to tube station is convenient too. Will definitely stay here during our next visit to London

Adequate, cheap accommodation in good location. Literally opposite the Earl's Court Exhibition Centre and two minute walk to West Brompton tube station. Nothing fancy but ideal if you don't intend to spend that much time in your room. Very small but clean with decent breakfast included

Terrible experience. They gave me a room that was not cleaned. The second room smelled terribly of cigarettes. You have to sleep under a dirty bedcover. Then can't sleep because of the noise of the street.

Very small rooms. Heating broken in the room, but only 15min to the center by tube..Good!

Hotel was expensive for what it was. The radio was hanging out the wall, the aerial was cellotaped, there were a couple of knobs missing from the drawers and there were stains on the bed sheets with a hole in it! Although the reception staff were friendly and breakfast wasn’t too bad.

This hotel is ok for staying a few days nearby the exhibition center or having a weekend trip to London. Very close to underground station and 10 minutes away from the city.

A nice little hotel. Very small double room but a perfectly good cheap place to stay for a night or two.

I was in room 102. As a budget hotel in the area, price wise it was fine. My bed was comfortable, which was the main thing, but the deadlock on the door did not work to lock the door and I did not feel very safe. Room could do with a coat of paint. Breakfast was very sparse as the continental menu was only white toast. Some variety such as cereal would be good - and choice of brown bread. Staff friendly and helpful.

Generally very satisfied with Hotel Lily, although a few maintenance issues. Front staff and restaurant staff very pleasent.
