Very clean and comfortable rooms at the Hotel Lily. Location close to tube station is convenient too. Will definitely stay here during our next visit to London.

Adequate, cheap accommodation in good location. Literally opposite the Earl's Court Convention Centre and two minute walk to West Brompton tube station. Nothing fancy but ideal if you don't intend to spend that much time in your room. Very small but clean with decent breakfast included.

Terrible experience. They gave me a room that was not cleaned. The second room smelled terribly of cigarettes. You have to sleep under a dirty bedcover. Then can't sleep because of the noise of the street.

I am glad that I only had to endure the hotel room for one night. Wires hanging from light above bed, faulty socket for kettle, window didn't close so had wind blowing in all night, room was not clean, bathroom floor soaked after shower even with shower curtain closed, obscene messages above bed under light pelmet!

Very small rooms. Heating broken in the room, but only 15min to the center by tube..Good!
