Lovley clean rooms, comfortable beds. Bathroom Was fine. Breakfast was ok, cereal and toast was available with a choice of juices and tea/coffee. Was a little cramped, had to go out searching for breakfast one morning As there was no seats available. However the hotel was in the middle of everything only a 20 minute walk from Buckingham palace Big Ben an the London eye. All in all a nice hotel, only fault was that we found our door left open after coming back from sightseeing. Cleaners had been in and not shut the door properly. Nothing was missing, we reported the incident in which we were told that staff would be dealt with to ensure this wouldn't happen again

I'm very pleased with the Hanover Hotel London. It was very central and convenient and the rooms were a cosy size, not too small, but just perfect for a romantic one night. The room was a little hot, but we soon figured out how to turn the radiators off, and there was a fan provided. I'd recommend booking it to anyone!

Great London hotel to stay for few nights, with regards to the prices available. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean. The heating was excellent, and even had to turn it down as it was a bit high. Personnel was friendly and helpful. Only faced a problem with the degraded mobile signal, probably as I was staying in a room on the underground level. Good experience overall
